  • Computer model of heat transfer of moisture transfer in the grain layer under the action of the microwave field and convection

    The action of the microwave field is used for drying, pretreatment and disinfection of grain. In all these processes, it is very important to control the change in the parameters of the grain layer. The use of sensors for direct measurement of temperature and humidity of grain and air is difficult. The microwave field leads to errors in the measurements, and therefore the possibility of an indirect control of these quantities is considered. For the indirect measurement of these quantities, a computer model has been developed. To develop a computer model, a system of equations was used that describes the exchange of heat and moisture in the grain layer under the action of the microwave field and convection. Some equations in the mathematical model are partial differential equations. To develop a computer model, these equations were presented in an operator form. The article shows how this procedure was used to transform the equation showing the relationship between the grain temperature and the microwave field, air temperature and moisture content of the grain. This approach allowed the use of computer software for analysis and syn-thesis of control systems. In this case the Simulink software package was used. Simulink - a model for the exchange of heat and moisture in a thick layer of grain, when exposed to microwave and air, was created using elementary dynamic elements of automation. When developing a computer model, a step-by-step method is implemented. The essence of the method is that the grain layer is divided into elementary layers. The output parameters of one grain layer become input parameters for the next layer. A complete model for the exchange of heat and moisture in a layer of grain consists of models of elementary layers. The results of modeling the change in the temperature of grain heating confirmed the adequacy of the model. The use of this model in the control systems of drying and processing of grain will increase the accuracy of control and regulation.

  • Ceramic brick from clay raw material Sukho-Chaltyrskoe field

    The results of the laboratory studies to determine the suitability of clay raw materials Sukho-Chaltyrskoe field for production of ceramic brick by the method of plastic molding. It is established that the introduction of the composition of the batch burnt mine rocks as emaciated additives and ash as a fuel-containing, as well as in the processing of faces with a special solution, it is possible to obtain ceramic samples that meet the requirements of GOST.

  • The ways of expenses decreasing in use injectable waterproofing for buildings and constructions

    The technology of the new generation is an injection method of polymer waterproofing. As for polymeric compositions for injection are used polyurethane compositions; materials based on epoxy tar; micro cement; acrylate gels. Acrylate gels can provide the necessary reliable, highly elastic barrier from water pressure. Reducing the cost of injection waterproofing is possible through the use of acrylate waste paintwork materials (PWM). The results of studies on the use of acrylate wastes (PWM) as a water-repellent additive to concrete, allow us to recommend identical wastes as materials for volumetric water-repellent treatment of building structures in order to reduce the cost of water resistance by injection.

  • Role models of access and their impact on the performance of web systems on 1C-Bitrix

    This article determines the approach to the implementation of the role model in the implementation of 1C-Bitrix, shows the key approaches to implementation and their impact on productivity, allowing to determine the degree of influence of the role model and choose the most appropriate approach regarding the implementation of 1C-Bitrix. The urgency of research of influence of role model on productivity is grounded. The key factors of the construction of the role model affecting speed and productivity are considered. The criteria for measuring the performance of the role model are presented. The results of measurements of the influence of the role model on productivity in accordance with certain criteria are described. The result of the measurements is the analysis of the influence of the role model and the factors of its construction on the system performance on 1C-Bitrix.

  • Analysis and assessment of the safety of hydraulic structures of the Upper Balkar small hydroelectric power station

    The article presents the analysis and safety assessment of hydraulic structures in the upper-Balkar small hydroelectric power plant. This is done for a project for the suspension and preservation of hydraulic structures Verhnebakansky of a small hydropower plant on the river Cherek in Kabardino Balkar-Balkar Republic. A detailed analysis of causes and factors of external impact of natural and man-made disasters on structures. Determined that most dangerous mountain of the construction site are the physical and geological processes. Established that the level of safety of hydraulic structures Verhnebakansky Small hydropower plant at the time of the survey can be assessed as normal. The values of all controlled parameters do not exceed the established safety criteria. Developed and implemented design solutions for the period of the suspension of construction and the stage of preservation provide strength, stability and safety of structures.     The frequency divider for 32, operating in a range of frequencies 8-18 GHz is considered. The specifics of the schematic diagram is shown. The design and element base is described in short. The model is made and its experimental research is carried out. The technique and the block diagram of the experiment is described. Level of harmonics of an output signal is measured. For decrease of level of harmonics of the useful signal the low-pass filter of type SALF-580 is used. Presence of a parasitic output signal in the absence of an input signal is revelead.

  • Research of technological ways of formation of the raised formoustoychivost of details of heat-shielding clothes

    Justification and results of pilot studies of influence of parameters of a matrix of fixing of the special soft polymeric edges forming the additional locally concentrated rigidity of external material of the warmed clothes of a special purpose is presented in article. Technical characteristics and standard restrictions for the textile material considered at the heart of the projected product taking into account the requirement of GOST and operational criteria are given. Data on modern ways of increase in resistance of an external cover of clothes to the deforming influences for the purpose of preservation of internal volume and, as a result, necessary thermal insulation of clothes are submitted. On the basis of established experimentally dependences of rigidity of the modified material on width and thickness of polymeric channels the way identification of extreme density of filling of polymers of the internal surface of integumentary material with it taking into account the requirement of hygienic and operational character is offered.

  • Elements of geotechnical monitoring of underground constructions, enshrined concrete anchors

    There was a need for geotechnical monitoring during construction of underground facilities. The organization of monitoring control tensile forces in the concrete anchors. Comparison of experimental and calculated data, which revealed that the deviation does not exceed 19%. When using anchor embedment length limited in a large range of conditions in a rod anchor having critical internal forces. To increase the efficiency of anchors in their construction can be used in flexible elements of the anchor bolt assembly.

  • Investigation of the stress-strain state of lining of underground structures in the zones of linking

    In the article numerical simulation of the interface zone of a tunnel with a vertical barrel by the finite element method is considered. The numerical spatial model is a fragment of a rock mass with a size of 80 to 90 meters, in which the tunnel is connected by a span of 6.0 m, adjacent to the vertical trunk. The mating and trunk in the area under consideration are fixed with reinforced concrete lining 500 mm thick. A universal spatial isoparametric eight-node finite element is used to break up the model. The dimensions of the finite elements on the outer regions of the model were 2.5 - 5.0 m, on the inner - 0.25 - 0.5 m. Thus, the principle of combining dense and rarefied grids was used to reduce the amount of information describing the numerical model. The problem was solved in an elastoplastic formulation by a stepwise iteration method. As a result of calculations, all the components of the volumetric stress tensor in the finite elements of the lining and the rock mass, movement and deformation in the nodes of the finite elements were determined. With the help of the developed numerical models, a series of calculations was performed, an array of data was obtained on the stress-strain state of the lining in the zone of coupling effect, quantitative and qualitative analysis was performed. It is established that in characteristic zones of the influence of conjugations, a significant increase in the intensity of equivalent stresses is observed, which leads to a reduction in the load-bearing capacity of the lining by 2 times or more in comparison with extended sections of underground structures. To increase the efficiency of maintaining interfaces during tunnel operation, it is necessary to justify the control actions taking into account the dynamics of changes in the stress-strain state of the lining in space and time.
