The algorithm of forming of kinematic surfaces with a constant cross-sectional area based on a complex equiaffine transformation of the plane (elliptic rotation) is considered. Functional dependences of elliptic rotation parameters for the formation of a one-parameter family of equiaffine lines on a plane are determined. At the same time the received families of lines can not include the line prototype and the line image at the set constant parameters of rotation. Conditions of receiving the line prototype and the line image at the set parameter of family and the parametrical equations of shift of the geometrical center of a curve are defined. The conditions for the formation of central surfaces are determined. It is established that the surfaces obtained can be periodic. The domains of admissible values of the parameters and functions included in the parametric equations of one-parameter families of curves are determined. It is shown that as a closed loop one can use not only an analytically determined curve, but also a polyline (for example, a polygon). Examples of kinematic surfaces are given.

The description of information exchange methods between CAD and CAE systems is presented. The description of the modular system of design and strength analysis of geodesic shells GeoTran is given. Translation of geometric models from ArchiCAD to Patran/Nastran/Patran has drawbacks. It is proposed to implement the translation of geometric models in a neutral SAT format. Developed a translator geometric models of single-contour geodetic shells from ArchiCAD in SAT format. The translator allows you to automate the exchange of information between the CAD system ArchiCAD and various CAE systems designed for strength analysis.

The authors (of the research) suggest choosing the most eco- and energy-efficient engineering system in order to purify the air of the dyrer drums dust. The choice should be made on the basis of the analysis and evaluation of the dust properties and determination of the control methods of the dust aerosol stability, which, eventually will ensure its effective destruction as a dispersed system in the air purification process.

The problem of calibration of a three-axis acceleration sensor is considered. A number of measurements obtained with the sensor at its different orientations in space are used as initial data for calibration. It is assumed that the sensor is stationary for each orientation variant. The measurement data are averaged at each static sensor position, and the averaged results are used as parameters in a system of nonlinear equations that are solved by the Levenberg-Marquardt method. The results of the proposed method in the article are presented in the experiment with a real sensor, which allows to check its effectiveness.

A thin circular disk is considered, the material of which exhibits elastic and plastic properties under thermal and force influences. In the central part of the disk, the temperature field is uniform. At the boundary of the disk, pressure and a constant temperature are set. Approximation of a plane stress state is adopted. The additive form of the connection of full, elastic, plastic deformations and deformations under free thermal expansion is considered. Elastic deformations are expressed in terms of stresses according to Hooke's law. A linear approximation of the dependence of the plasticity limit on temperature is proposed. The possibility of neutral loading of the central region of the disk and its external boundary is shown. Especially distinguished is the condition for the plasticity of Tresca.

The steps of constructing an algorithm for calculating the stressed and strained state of a thin circular disk experiencing thermal and force effects are discussed. A homogeneous temperature field is created in the central part of the disk. Within the framework of the theory of the flow of an ideal elastoplastic body, conditions of general plasticity are considered. It is assumed that the plasticity limit for uniaxial tension is common for all plasticity conditions. Dependencies between the disk radius, the temperature of the central region of the disk and the external pressure, which determine the appearance of plastic regions, are established. For piecewise-linear plasticity conditions of general form, analogous dependences are defined, when singular plasticity regimes are realized at elastoplastic boundaries. For different values of the input parameters of the problem, the stresses, equivalent stresses and the hodograph of the stress vector are given.

In the paper, we give a brief overview of the main developments made personally and under the direct supervision of the professor, academician RANS andIAELPS P. Kudryavtsev. These developments are devoted to the use of sol-gel processes in various branches of science and technology. Using this process, new composite heat-resistant materials, highly disperse materials and thin filmswere created. These developments have made it possible to create new efficient catalysts and highly selective inorganic ion-exchange materials. Based on inorganic ion-exchange materials, a technology was developed to extract lithium from natural brines, which are poor in lithium content. On the basis of sol-gel technology, new composite matrix-isolated flocculants-coagulants were created. These reagents are designed for the treatment of natural and wastewater in order to remove impurities of oil products and heavy metals.

A new class of materials is proposed that change their dielectric permittivity as a function of the magnetic field strength. Such materials are two-phase composites of composition La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 / I, where I is the isolating phase, Li4P2O7 or GeO2. The ratio of components is close to the percolation threshold: from 10% to 20% by weight. Dielectric properties have been studied in the frequency range of the measuring field from 1 kHz to 1 MHz in magnetic fields from 0 to 15 kOe. Samples have an inductive impedance, their permittivity is negative. In a magnetic field, the permittivity increases in absolute value and at room temperature the values of the magnetodielectric coefficient reach 28%.

In this work, a study was made of the efficiency of the heat sink surface of a volumetric body with an internal heat source. An electrostatic analog of the distribution of the thermal field is chosen. A model of the convective flow is proposed, under certain initial and boundary conditions, the thermal conductivity of the medium transforming into heat removal. The conclusion is made about the ineffectiveness of the heat-conducting surface in the form of whip, finned and other designs of existing heat sinks, increasing only the mass, technological complexity of manufacture, thermal resistance and temperature of the heat-loaded element.
