The problem of designing and construction of objects of various purposes of an eco-sustainable type in urbanized areas is currently extremely topical. Directions and techniques used in theory and practice to improve the quality of the urban environment, still remain the subject of many scientific disputes and professional discussions. In their article, the authors propose to act in accordance with a number of environmental principles in order to solve urban-planning tasks of this kind on the territory of complex development. According to the authors, with an integrated approach to solving the problem, architectural and town-planning activities, modified according to the principles listed in the article, should ultimately contribute to the development of natural processes. In this case there will be a significant increase in the level of construction development of the territories in terms of the quality of the processes performed and an increase in the level of environmental safety.

Comparison of material and labor costs for two methods of strengthening short of flexible compressed pillars loaded at high eccentricities was made. Pillars reinforced on a stretched face with two strips of carbon laminates with a cross section of 50x1.2 mm, in combination with three-layer transverse clamps of carbon bars, located with a pitch of 190 mm, demonstrate, when tested, the maximum strength. The breaking load was 503.5 kN, which is 2.076 times more than the reference sample. Classical reinforcement, designed for maximum load, dramatically increased the cross-section of the pillars and the amount of additional load, because the thickness of the bead with unilateral extension was 90 mm. Comparison of only the cost of material and labor costs does not give a final answer to the question about the effectiveness of one or another method of reinforcement. It is necessary to take into account the time of work, the preservation of usable space, the possibility of strengthening without stopping production

The symbolic meaning of the petroglyph in the form of human hand, distributed on the territory of the Chechen Republic is explored in detail in the presented article. For the first time it is made an attempt to associate the interpretation of the values of the petroglyph with its location on the ancestral tower. Among the main meanings are the following: the possession, the creative activity, as well as the strength and the protection. The specific residential and military towers with a description of the petroglyph and its location are considering. Besides the common images of the hand the unique petroglyphs are explored (such as: the hand in the circle, the hand with the arrow and also the image with the hypertrophic sizes of the hands). The traditions and the rites, the way of the life and the religious beliefs which are prevalent in the territory of the Chechen Republic, are used as a basis for the interpretation of the meaning of the petroglyph. Based on the comparison with the usage examples of a similar symbol in the world cultures and religions it is concluded that the picture of the human hand carries in itself, mainly, protective and benevolent function. The article was published in the framework of the program of the International Forum ""Victorious may 1945"".

In modern construction production, the volume of management, technical, economic and legal information has increased significantly. This increase relates to the design of buildings and structures, to the documentation of construction processes, as well as to the obtaining of permits and the assessment of compliance with the requirements of technical regulations. The reason for this growth is the widespread use of digital technologies by design, construction, regulatory and Supervisory organizations. The purpose of the work is to systematize and synchronize the documentary support with the stages of the life cycle of capital construction projects from the initiation of the capital investment project to the commissioning of the capital construction project. As a result of the formalization of the system-forming principles of documentary support for each stage of the life cycle of the capital construction project, the problems of documenting the construction industry are formulated: first, the need to automate the filling of standard forms of primary accounting and reporting, second, the improvement of information transfer and storage technologies, third, ensuring reliable protection of information that describes the processes of construction of buildings and structures. These problems should be solved in accordance with the national legislation of urban planning, approved standards of technical regulation and the current regulations for the technical safety of buildings and structures.

The results of the study and the assessment of the pollution level of the bottom sediments of the head node of the Kashkhatau HPP are given, which confirmed a slight excess of the permissible concentration level in terms of the content of cadmium and oil products. The main factors influencing the low-pressure reservoirs on the natural environment and on the restoration of fish river resources of small rivers are determined. According to the results of engineering and environmental studies, a comparative characteristic of soil pollution by oil products in relation to the permissible level was established, analyzing the results obtained, it was concluded that the content of oil products in the collected soil samples is within the established standards. The factors that must be taken in the selection of lightweight concrete composition with the use of granulated foam glass (GFG-concrete). In addition, the effect of the composition of concrete mixture on the physical, mechanical and thermal properties of the obtained material is shown. Portland cement CEM II / A-S-32,5 B, produced by PAO «Gornozavodskcement», was used as a binder when selecting the composition of GFG-concrete; quartz sand of the Zaostrovsky opencast mine of Perm with a particle size module of 1.96 was used as fine aggregate; granulated foam glass of fractional composition of 5-10 and 10-20 mm was used as a coarse aggregate. Determination of physical, mechanical and thermal properties of GFG-concrete was carried out according to standard methods. The obtained mathematical models allowed us to establish a functional relationship between technological factors of variation (content of granulated foam glass and water-cement ratio) and output optimization parameters (average density and compressive strength). The highest compressive strength (9,0-10,93 MPa) of HPS-concrete was obtained with a content of coarse aggregate of 20-40% and a water-cement ratio of 0,4-0,6. The average density does not exceed 1500 kg / m3, and thermal conductivity varies from 0,207 to 0,375 W/m⸱K. The optimal composition is the content of GFG from 20 to 40% and water-cement ratio of 0,4-0,6. Research have also shown that by changing technological factors, it is possible to obtain GFG-concrete with a density class D500-D1500.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of ""green"" buildings is usually carried out by a third party using a rating system. The rating system STO NOSTROY 2.35.4–2011 assesses habitat sustainability according to 46 criteria, which are grouped into 10 categories, presented in Table 1. STO NOSTROY 2.35.4–2011. The article presents the methodology developed on the basis of the above-mentioned rating system, as well as the foreign LEED system, and the S-factor for the designed 16-storey residential building is calculated. The calculation for clarity is presented in the form of a diagram. Since the design we strive to get as close as possible to the highest grade of assessment, the most attention is paid to such concepts as energy saving and energy efficiency. Calculation of economic efficiency is possible on the basis of the resource-technological model by calculating the volume of waste during the overhaul and demolition of the designed building. This is a necessary task, since the construction of environmentally-friendly, sustainable buildings requires full consideration of the life cycle of the building, and accounting for the entire life cycle necessitates integrated design. The time spent at an early stage on the complex design of the building, taking into account the concept of sustainable development, is rather quickly compensated with the start of building operation, since it is known that the largest share of costs falls on the operational period of the building. So, as a result of calculating the S-factor, the building is assigned a certain grade of assessment. Raising the grade of an assessment of a building being erected will lead to an increase in its investment attractiveness. That is why it is important to perform a similar calculation at the design stage of the life cycle of the construction object, since in this case we have the opportunity to increase the value of the S-factor to the required.
