This article discusses various options for carrying out construction and installation works during the technical re-equipment of energy-processing equipment in the building of the Main Building of the existing CHPP. The methods of installation of large-sized equipment to the design mark are studied by three different methods with a description of the features of the work and the characteristics that affect the cost of the work. The enlarged schedule of construction and installation works on technical re-equipment of the boiler drum is given.

The paper explores the opportunity to use tower cranes with a large boom length for installation of space frames configured as prefabricated units. The opportunity to modify the already existing technology by using new tower cranes with a large boom length allows cutting the cost of construction of industrial buildings with flat structural plates. Cost cuts are realized by reducing the scope of works pertaining to installation and dismantling of crane runway as well as crane relocation toward other spans of the building.

A method for remote determination of the angular velocity of rotation of the blades of a wind generator based on digital processing of the video stream of this wind generator is considered. The main problems that are encountered with this method of measuring angular velocity are analyzed. The considered method for determining the rotation speed of the blades of a wind generator is possible provided that the frame rate is several times greater than the determined rotation frequency. The minimum possible error of this measurement method was found; the real error of measuring the angular velocity was calculated on a specific example.

An idea is introduced of the directing structures of the director and reflex types that contribute to the formation of air flows, which in a given way contribute to an increase in mechanical power on the shaft of its rotor. These structures can be used to amplify the moment on the rotor shaft by increasing its useful interference with the stator. Qualitative considerations about the influence of the introduced guide structures are confirmed by the introduction and numerical aerodynamic calculations of two modernized designs of a promising vortex wind power installation, considered in the previous works of the authors. The most optimal variant of rotor modernization was selected, which made it possible to increase the power on its shaft by an average of 45% relative to the corresponding power for the design of a wind turbine with an initial rotor shape in the operating range of wind speeds from 1 to 12 m / s. The materials of this article can be used to design the optimum aerodynamic power criterion for the rotor of wind power plants, their stations, as well as integrated power power plants, including a wind power plant as one of the renewable sources of energy.

This article describes the method of dust emission suppression at a construction site. The results of the effectiveness of the developed equipment, fog formation gun, were obtained in the course of full-scale measurements in the course of stone installation works at the construction site in Rostov-on-don. The assessment of the air dustiness of the builder workplace and the degree of impact of the fog formation gun were attended with the statistical dependence of the number of dust particles PM2.5-PM10 . During the analysis, the following factors were studied: the location of the workplace at the construction site, the relative humidity and temperature. During the study, the following conditions were met: the premises were closed; the study was carried out in the process of performing stone installation works. The results of the experiment showed the effectiveness of the fog gun.

The article deals with methods and models for solving expert problems that allow to avoid the possibility of negative consequences arising as a result of non-compliance with the performance indicators of the project initially set. The current state of the issue of variant study of expert situations is described. The existing mathematical models allowing to solve the majority of expert problems, irrespective of a type and level of initial information are resulted, and also the argument that the choice of a method is caused by presence and level of initial information is resulted. The algorithm of actions of the expert-Builder at the decision of a problem of an estimation of variants of design decisions of installation of special constructions is presented.

It can be used in the synthesis of polyhydric alcohols and other organic and organometallic compounds, where the immiscible liquids interact. The installation comprises a hydraulic jet mixer pump connected to the outlet of a hydromechanical dispersion pump. The installation comprises one or more components of the dispensing systems, each of which consists of a supply container and the dispenser. Technical result of the installation is created by intensifying the process of mixing and improving the quality of the final products.

The paper deals with the problem of measuring device micro consumption. A measuring module has been developed for solving this problem. The module is included in the measurement setup for which the measurement procedure is given. As a device under investigation, a metering device for hot and cold water is used. A technique has been developed for estimating the maximum operating time of a device with a pulsed current consumption.

The article discusses the results of the development of the installation, which allows to ensure the process of purification of multicomponent wastewater containing organic impurities of the phenol series based on the combined method in a single apparatus, consistently combining the ozonation process with the sorption purification of oxidized wastewater, ensuring the continuity of the process and allowing the reuse of residual ozone, which greatly increases the degree of wastewater treatment and eliminates the need for the destruction of ozo on. The degree of purification achieved in this way allows the treated wastewater to be directed to the circulating water supply. The novelty of the task and the lack of available information about the combined process determined the nature and scope of experimental studies. There was a need to develop an apparatus that provides the process of purification of wastewater containing mixtures of organic compounds of the phenol series, consistently combining the process of ozonation with sorption purification of oxidized wastewater, ensuring the continuity of the process. The achieved degree of purification allows directing the treated wastewater to the circulating water supply.

The article considers the device for experimental and laboratory testing of microclimate systems. The device is an experimental setup in which it is possible to study the microclimate parameters of multi-functional and multi-level buildings by modeling various processes and their location in the total volume of buildings. Accordingly, with the help of this test model, the parameters of the movement of contaminated air masses and convective flows are studied.

The article discusses the possibilities of using forklift trucks (stacker-reach trucks) for mechanized installation of dividing walls, when cast-in-place slabs are assembled or manufactured. It is emphasized that in the early 1980s similar equipment that didn’t have a series production, was used in the construction of buildings by the lift-slab method. Some technical characteristics of the old equipment and modern warehouse equipment are compared, the advantages of the modern are revealed. It is noted that the simultaneous use of warehouse equipment on several floors of the erected frame building can lead to a significant reduction in the construction time. It is also indicated that the stacker-reach trucks used at the construction site are multifunctional, since they can not only transport construction cargo but also serve as an auxiliary equipment for safe work at a certain altitude when performing welding operations and fixing joints.
