When studying the problems of water filtration to a single horizontal imperfect drain of finite length, in a system of interacting horizontal imperfect drains, it is necessary to consider spatial (three-dimensional) filtration problems. Unlike flat (two-dimensional) problems, spatial filtering has been studied in less detail, since it is difficult to obtain rigorous solutions to their problems.

Determination of the main hydraulic parameters of overgrown channel beds using the methods of various authors Shezi, Altshul, etc., in relation to the conditions of irrigation systems of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. A plot of the velocity distribution in conditions of overgrown riverbeds is constructed. The distribution of velocities in overgrown riverbeds strongly depends on the flexibility of the stems.

It was considered the method of calculating the stability of steel spiral-bound silo wall under axisymmetric buckling under the influence of internal grain pressure is considered. The silo construction consists of short, cylindrical shells smoothed through the folds and having initial curvatures directed inwards. It was obtained the solution for determining the critical stresses of short shells.
