Jones.»» The building was commissioned in 1996 and operated until 2017 in accordance with its purpose as a plant for the production of chocolate products. Currently, the technological lines of the plant “Cadbury Schweppes " dismantled. The building is under reconstruction and is being redesigned for the production of household chemicals. In the course of the survey, engineering-geological surveys were carried out, technical inspection of foundations was carried out, inspection of bearing and enclosing structures of the building was carried out, physical and mechanical characteristics of concrete foundations and steel bearing structural elements of the frames of factory buildings were determined. Also, in connection with the change of external and payloads, verification calculations of the frame-bond frame of the plant buildings in the most loaded zones were performed. The performed verification calculations showed that at the time of the survey, the design of the frames of the factory buildings have the necessary safety and stiffness under the action of operational loads.

Effective use of high-strength reinforcement in concrete structures - an important task today. Studies of Russian and foreign scientists have shown that the most expedient are combination of prestressed and untensioned reinforcement in section. When designing the compressed concrete elements with prestressed reinforcement should strive to reduce the amount of pre-tension reinforcement in columns, on the contrary, to increase the pre-compressed in short elements. In elements with pre-compressed steel, untensioned reinforcement is needed, because it provides improving crack resistance during transmission technology process tensile stresses on the concrete and untensioned reinforcement. The percentage of this reinforcement should be the minimum necessary to achieve the required cracking resistance. Minimal amount of pre-tension reinforcement adopted at the level of prestressing (usually the highest) should be taken of the conditions provide the desired crack resistance and rigidness. Later in the article describes main principles the calculation minimum number of prestressed reinforcement in reinforced concrete elements to the presentation requirements of the first, second and third categories crack resistance.
