An overview of methods for assessing the state of the environment is presented. The study of methods for assessing the state of the environment and the impact of production facilities is the most important factor contributing to reducing the negative impact on the environment. An example of a comprehensive assessment of atmospheric air in the Motovilikhinsky district of Perm using the Jobs-Decon software package is considered.

Studies of the possibilities of BIM modeling in the field of ventilation systems design show that the current level of development of BIM technologies allows for aerodynamic calculation. An example of software with such capabilities is Autodesk Revit. This article provides a comparative analysis of two calculation methods: according to the standard methodology and the Colebrook formula, calculated on Revit software. The calculation error was 14.08%, which does not exceed the permissible value of 15%. Thus, the prospects of using the Revit program to perform aerodynamic calculations are shown.

Research in the field of design of buildings and structures has shown that the level of implementation of BIM technologies in different countries is at different levels. The availability of a regulatory framework in this area, financial assistance to construction organizations during the transition to BIM modeling contribute to raising the level. The article also provides a justification for the use of BIM technologies in ventilation systems, taking into account the requirements for these systems.

Today, catalysts based on zeolites containing transition metal ions are being intensively developed, ensuring the selectivity of the reaction of direct oxidation of methane to methanol. In current work, the X-ray absorption spectroscopy complimented with the structural models obtained in frames of the density functional theory were used to study the dependence of the local atomic structure of copper centers in mordenite type zeolites synthesized by solid-phase ion exchange using CuCl and H-MOR, upon the annealing temperature at different stages of synthesis. The typical Cu – O interatomic distances and the corresponding coordination numbers are determined. The dependence of the fraction of copper ions on the zeolite on the annealing temperature was established.
