The article is devoted about the importance and urgency of the problem of reconstruction of healthcare facilities, since hospitals, like other forms of ownership, accumulate moral and physical deterioration and need periodic repairs or full-scale reconstruction. In our country, it is not uncommon for a hospital to be a dilapidated building whose service life is coming to an end. That is why in our days the issue of full-scale reconstruction of healthcare facilities is so acute. The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has developed a number of measures, thanks to which, according to Rosstat, more than 10 thousand hospitals will be repaired by 2024. The authors of the article make a comprehensive assessment of maternity hospitals in Rostov-on-Don, show their layout and fertility chart. The following is an example of the reconstruction of the observational building of the MBUZ. In the conclusion, the results are summed up and the measures that need to be taken for the comfortable stay of people in the hospitals of our country are determined.

This scientific article describes the organizational and technological features of the energy rehabilitation of housing built in the 60s of XX century. The article describes the main types of series of houses built in the period of their technical features of buildings energy efficiency class of buildings. A model of information resource and technological ensuring energy rehabilitation of housing, on the basis of which the selection of energy-efficient solutions of residential buildings at the pre-stage reconstruction or repair. The major elements of this system are the blocks of economic and technical evaluation of design decisions on the basis of which is determined by the most effective ones.

The paper proposes to perform quality control of the production work on the consolidation of soil foundation with the use of the method. Application of geo-radiolocation sensing allows to specify and complement the results of engineering and geological surveys, as well as capture the changes taking place in the grounds of foundations after work on fixing them. This will provide a comprehensive picture of the grouting in the underlying foundation of the building and provide a reliable and simple quality control work.
