The problem of reducing communication interaction in the chain between a natural language message and a BPMN model is considered. For this purpose, a number of authors have proposed a special notation called a mechanism. The procedure for constructing a mechanism using a given BPMN model is considered. The possibility of building a mechanism only for BPMN models that satisfy certain conditions is shown: the model must contain at least one artifact associated with one of the gateway actions; gateways should not contain more than two choices; the model should not end with a gateway; the model should not contain an AND-OR gateway. The procedure for constructing a BPMN model using a given mechanism is considered. The possibility of such a transformation is shown if the following conditions are met: the presence of a one-to-one correspondence of the elements and functions of the mechanism, the use of a single tool and a single strip in the mechanism. For models that do not satisfy these conditions, the use of the mechanism is problematic: it turns out to be either too cumbersome or too simple, which does not facilitate the simplification of communicative interaction. It is concluded that additional research is necessary in order to either improve the mechanism or use a different notation that does not have the disadvantages of the mechanism.

The paper presents a study of the problems of organizing the process of designing technical means that are involved in the technological process of production by enterprises. Under the technical means it is proposed to understand both software, hardware, and software and hardware solutions. The main problem is identified - the discrepancy between the functionality of technical means and the technological process. In this regard, a study is being made of the processes of linking the technological process of output of enterprises with the processes of designing and developing technical means. From the results of the study, it was determined that the models of the functional of technical means are constructed by developers, and not by actors. Such models are formally presented not as a description of the procedures for performing the functions of a technological process by actors, but as a model of how the functions of future technical means will be used by actors. The necessity is substantiated and a hypothesis is put forward about the possibility of solving the indicated problem.

To achieve effective communication in the process of human-machine interaction, polymodal user interfaces are used. The article classifies typical interface elements corresponding to various communication channels in order to identify the composition of elements for the implementation of a polymodal interface that provides the ability to display the user's professional activities. Taking into account the above classification, a model of the interface structure is proposed that reflects the logic of the user's work.

The trend in the development of information system design architectures is their complication and movement towards an increasing distribution of functions and components of the system. One of the options for developing decentralized systems are systems based on blockchain technologies. The article discusses an architectural template for applications developed on the basis of blockchain technology. The main elements of a multi-level architecture, which is the basis for building applications of this type, are considered. There are six layers that describe the infrastructure layer, data layer, network, consensus, application and representation. A brief analysis of the main features and differences of the implementation of each of the levels of the architectural template is carried out. According to the results of the analysis, the most specific components for blockchain-based systems are implemented at the level of consensus and data layers.

Updating and expanding the road network, even with good funding, is not keeping pace with the ever-growing number of vehicles. One of the ways to solve this problem is to develop a direction in the field of creating intelligent transport technologies. In the work, the operability of the road regulation method was checked based on the analysis of the influence area of the delay point when working on the road network, the conditions for minimizing the delay points on the road network were identified. And also presents the logical design of an automated system for traffic management based on the proposed method of road regulation.
