Of the existing methods of treating industrial wastewater (mechanical, chemical, physico-chemical and biological), it is the biological method that is of interest today, due to the fact that it is based on the ability of microorganisms and higher aquatic plants to use a variety of pollutants as a power source in the process of life, which ultimately leads to the purification of contaminated water. In the practice of wastewater treatment by the biological method, a floating plant — eichornia (water hyacinth) —was best established on the surface of the roots of which selective microbiocenoses are formed, which contribute to active biodegradation and absorption of both organic and mineral substances. The paper shows the possibility of echornia absorption of pollutants in an indoor environment and proved the possibility of purifying contaminated water with aqueous hyacinth in an indoor environment.

The use of higher aquatic plants (VVR) for water purification from various pollutants is an efficient system in wastewater technologies. For the development of bottom sediments of the river Temernik in Rostov-on-don it is proposed to use remotely operated underwater suction dredger, eliminates the secondary pollution of water. The project of the new landfill for disposal of bottom sediments is a waterproofing geomembrane Blackline TFS on the basis of high-pressure polyethylene and low-density LDPE. In the ""Target environmental program of improvement of the water basin of the river Temernik"", envisages clearing the riverbed with a length of 2 km, construction of disposal site sediments (PSDO), the establishment of biomodule with water hyacinth. During wastewater treatment water hyacinth decomposes and oxidizes industrial and organic sewage into simple elements and absorbs them as nutrition.Long massive root of water hyacinth absorbs heavy metals, oil products, phenols, synthetic surface-active substances (surfactants) and other substances.

The main trends of updated automobile construction are the use of permanent for lowering mass overall dimension characteristics of electric equipment and an automobile as a whole. Diamond-abrasive treatment of sintered powder permanent magnets on the basis of Barium ferrite, strontium and cobalt is connected with difficulties of obtaining surfaces with little meanings of rouhness due to the higher brittleness, tendecy to crack formation, water-soluble technological lubricants (FWSTL) РВ-6 have been developed which contain fractal clusters and generate in contact diamond-abrasive tooltreated powder magnetic material of films with high load and lubricating abilities. Estimation criteria of water-soluble lubricacants efficiency (WSTL) at diamond-abrasive treatment by friction machine СМЦ-2 have been suggested. Comparative tests on the suggested criteria of efficiency FWSTL РВ- 6 and Lubricating cooland (LC) Blasokut 4000 SF 004 at treating by a diamond disk 2720-0031 ГОСТ 16167-90 of Barim ferrite 16Ба190 have been made. A conclusion has been drawn that РВ-6 possesses high efficiency.
