The article shows the possibility of reducing the water demand of clinker binders based on gypsum-free cement with a multicomponent additive of technical lignosulfonate and an aqueous solution of sodium silicate. The possibility of obtaining composites based on modified gypsum-free cement with improved properties for building structures has been demonstrated.

The article considers the possibility of increasing the resistance in sulfate environments of concrete composites based on cement raw mixtures modified with a slag mineral component and a complex superplasticizer. The article discusses the possibility of increasing the rheological properties of cement raw mixes for concrete and mortar by modifying them with plasticizing additives with metal / carbon nanostructures, manufactured by SIC IEMZ Kupol JSC. The introduction of ultra-small amounts of nanostructures into a plasticizer based on polycarboxylate esters contributes to an additional 20–40% increase in the rheological ability of plasticized cement raw mixes.

The possibility of determining the physical and mechanical properties of materials on the basis of measuring the fractal dimension of its structure is considered in the article. It is shown that there is a definite dependence between the composition of the cement composite and the fractal dimension, and, consequently, similar dependencies can be obtained for various physicomechanical parameters.
