Reviews the basic content of the service for military purposes, as a separate type of services aimed at ensuring the military security of the state and playing a considerable role in both the military and civilian sectors of the economy. Based on the analysis of normative-legal documents of the Federal level proposed a definition of the services of military purpose. Classification of defense articles, defense services rendered under the state defense order in accordance with the modern paradigm of marketing services. During the study concluded that the set of services of military purpose has all the characteristics of services, which will continue to develop organizational and economic mechanisms of maintenance of innovative development of services in the field of military security.

The article gives a critical analysis of the national-state ecological policy in conditions of modern Russia; tested contradictions in nature-economic sphere of southern regions, due to imperfection of the mechanism for implementation of ecological policy and demonstrates the directions and measures of optimization of ecological policy in the regions of the South of Russia taking into account nature-economic specifics.

  The main influence factors on the long-term cracking resistance of asphaltic concrete pavement reviewed in the article. There is offered the indicator of long-term cracking resistance and calculating experimental method of minimum quantity defining of cycles of asphaltic concrete stressing till crack formation in compliance with climatic conditions and traffic load. The results of the comparative analysis of long-term cracking resistance of different asphalt concrete are advised.
