The article presents an analysis of the problems of diagnosis and restoration of the human respiratory system after diseases, including COVID-19. The review of analogues of small-sized spirometers is carried out. On the basis of which an individual small-sized device has been developed for effective training of the respiratory system. The functional scheme of the pneumatic trainer is described and the main simulator-game scenarios for achieving a therapeutic effect are analyzed.

The paper discusses the technological barriers arising from the transition to a digital economy, in particular in the housing sector. The technological barrier consists generally of three components. The first component is that the development of IT technologies requires the initial accumulation of a large amount of data. Metering devices for this task are not suitable due to their functional tasks. The second component is the lack of interest on the part of end users. The third component is information security. One approach to solving the problem is to apply and implement the BigData concept.

The article discusses the Pan-Tompkins algorithm to detect QRS complexes in real time, when applied to a PC for analysis of records not in real time and pre-recorded. QRS complexes detection algorithm was published Dzhiapu Pan and J. Willis. Tompkinson in the journal IEEE Transactions on biomedical engineering, vol. BME-32, NO. 3 in March 1985. The algorithm has been designed for use in real time. Pan and Tompkinson developed an algorithm for real-time detection of QRS complexes of ECG signals. Algorithm for QRS complexes reliably recognize, by analyzing the inclination of the complex amplitude and width. Special digital bandpass filter reduces the number of false detections caused by different kinds of interference present in the ECG signal. This filtering allows the use of low detection thresholds, thereby increasing the sensitivity of detection. The algorithm automatically adjusts thresholds and parameters periodically to adapt to such changes ECG QRS morphology and as the heart rate. For standard recording duration 24 hours from the database MIT / BIH arrhythmia database, this algorithm correctly recognized 99.3 percent QRS complexes. However, this time the algorithm is rather outdated, as it was designed for computers that time. With certain modifications and current capabilities, parameters can improve the quality and speed of analysis. A modified version of the algorithm has been developed for use in the client software mobile multifunctional hardware-software complex and long-term cardiac monitoring ergonometrii. Better and more precise analysis of QRS complexes in the signal more accurately assess the state of the cardiovascular system of the person, which is an important factor in the treatment and diagnosis of heart disease in the early stages.

The article presents the results of experimental investigations of carbon fabric electrodes for recording electrical biosignals. Experimental studies of carbon fabric electrodes showed good results both in conductivity and usability, for example, for further integration into clothing, that indicates the high quality of carbon fabric electrodes and promising for further uses for cardiac monitoring.

We consider the design of reusable electrodes for long-term ECG monitoring integrated into clothing. Investigated high and low frequency distortion introduced the proposed electrode system. The comparison with the standard disposable electrodes for Holter ECG monitoring. It is shown that the electrodes in the frequency band 0.5-40 Hz quality as disposable.

In this paper we consider the application of digital signal processing techniques to clean them from interference and to present in a special basis, which allows the detection of events related to the manifestation of the functioning of a functional system in health and disease. Implemented mathematical foundation and rapid synthesis methods for converting the signals used in electrophysiology based on the discrete wavelet and Gabor transforms. Filter synthesis using Filter Desing ToolBox package MatLab was observed.
