  • Methods of combinatorial search modeling to achieve sustainability indicators in the architecture of multifunctional residential complexes

The architecture of multifunctional residential complexes (MFRC) is considered in the aspect of “resistance” to external factors and influences. There are four levels of formation of the MFRK: the level of urban planning structure; level of volumetric-spatial organization; level of functional and architectural planning structure; the level of compositional organization and search for the expressive appearance of the MFRK. At each of the identified levels, the “target” indicators of “sustainable architecture” are achieved. The process of forming the MFRC is considered as a sequence of combinatorial search stages and procedures based on modeling the geometric parameters of the visual model of the MFRC in order to get as close as possible to the “stability indicator”. Four methods of combinatorial search modeling are proposed: the method of “overlaying” planning frames; method of “tracing” the formative contour; method of “collaging” functional planning elements; a method of combining “regular grids” in the public, business and residential parts of the MFRK. To intensify combinatorial search procedures, it is proposed to use digital design technologies.

  • Potential for the development of the architectural urban context in the formation of transit spaces of university complexes

The possibility of architectural and spatial organization of a series of urban interiors located along the route of communication between buildings and faculties of university complexes of an “integrated” and “distributed” type is being considered. Requirements for such transit spaces are being formed. Options for a scenario for organizing such spaces are proposed, which is an algorithm for the spatial formation of successive functional zones and the student’s consciousness throughout the process of movement and learning. “Architectural-environmental modules” are proposed as a structural unit, including various equipment options and small architectural forms - as a means of organizing spatial scenarios. A typology of similar modules has been developed for various transit zones and types of urban spaces. This approach allows us to form and support the brand of the university as a unified communication space.

  • Features of the architecture design of rehabilitation centers for combatants

The functional and spatial aspects of the formation of the architectural environment of medical rehabilitation and rehabilitation centers for injured athletes are investigated. The theoretical basis on the problems of functioning of similar facilities - rehabilitation centers for the disabled is considered, the characteristic components of the environment are identified, as well as the technological stages of the rehabilitation process. The generalization of the best Russian experience and existing architectural and planning solutions of medical institutions with rehabilitation functions is carried out. A comparative analysis of analog facilities was carried out in three conditional groups: a) large medical centers with rehabilitation functions for the disabled; b) multidisciplinary rehabilitation centers; c) specialized rehabilitation centers for athletes. A number of promising approaches and trends are identified that can be applied to the formation of conceptual models and adaptive architectural and environmental solutions for sports medicine and rehabilitation centers.

  • A structural and morphological approach to modeling transport and transfer complexes as public and business centers of aeropolises on an evolutionary basis

The aim of the study is to develop an "evolutionary model" of a transport interchange complex (TIC) - as a kind of ”growth point" of an aeropolis. Methods of “prognostic” and “structural-morphological” modeling of TIC are used for reasonable planning of the growth and development of the aeropolis. Five intermediate architectural and typological models of the transport and transfer complex have been identified: 1) bus station; 2) bus station with logistics center; 3) intermodal complex station; 4) transport and business center; 5) transport and public complex. Its "structural and morphological units", which include: a) functional components; b) structural and tectonic "units"; c) communication "framework"; d) elements of the growth of the aeropolis. A similar diachronic (developing) model of a transport interchange complex ensures its phased planning, optimal functional zoning of the facility for each intermediate phase, which will allow it to be self-sufficient at the early stages of operation. architecture.

  • Study of the compositional relations of architecture and landscape in the formation of ecotourism complexes in Southern Iraq

The article analyzes the landscape complex of the swamps of Southern Iraq, as a proposed location of architectural objects for the construction of an eco-tourist complex. The purpose of the study is to identify the mechanism of formation of compositional links between architecture and landscape on the example of tourist development of wetlands in Southern Iraq. The functional and planning model of the tourist complex is presented. On the basis of morphological analysis, the horizontal and vertical morphological structures of the wetland landscape were identified. The elements of the natural and ecological framework of wetlands are described, which include: - natural "linear structures" (channels, channels, channels); anthropogenic "linear and vector structures" (pedestrian roads, highways, dams, bridges); "nodal structures "or" cores "located at the intersections of linear and vector directions of development of the framework; "buffer zones" and "accumulators" - island and peninsular elements for the placement and accumulation of various functions (recreational, economic, tourist, etc.); "markers" and " dispersed elements "are a kind of" focal points "and" accents " in the planning structure of the landscape (small islands, protrusions of the coastline, backwaters, peaks, capes). The structural components of the tourist complex are proposed in the form of a combination of its three structures: a) "three-dimensional structure" (buildings, blocks, buildings and their combinations); b) "plastic structure" (the degree of dissection; "sculptural" and detailing of individual three-dimensional forms and spaces, taking into account the "ranks", "levels" and "steps" of detailing); c) "decorative structure" (small forms; color and light-tone combinations of surfaces; textures and textures of architectural volumes). Variants of compositional links between the architecture of tourist complexes and the wetland landscape at different levels of formation are developed. The presented methodological tools will make it possible to form functional ecotourism objects that correspond to the principles of sustainable architecture.

  • Models of the development of the transport and transfer complex in the structure of the aerodrome territory of the airport "Platov"

A solution to the problem of insufficient transport accessibility of the airport complex "Platov" in the form of a modern transport interchange complex is proposed. Five time models of spatial development of the transport and transfer complex within the airport complex have been developed. Step-by-step modeling from a compact transport hub to a large complex of facilities (bus station, bus station with a small logistics center, complex station, transport and public center and public center with transport and transfer function) stimulates the natural and soft development of the advanced development zone (aeropolis) on the basis of the airport complex "Platov". The analysis of the model range of the time development of the transport and transfer complex will allow to create an object that meets the principles of sustainable architecture.

  • Methods of architectural and planning adaptation of the environment of perinatal centers to the conditions of social distancing

The current situation in the world related to the pandemic and the new rules of social distancing allowed us to identify the main problems of modern formation of the maternity institutions architectural environment and showed the need for their spatial modernization, taking into account the flexible planning structure. The article discusses individual approaches to creating a comfortable therapeutic environment that promotes social distancing. An «architectural and spatial approach» is proposed, which changes the boundaries of spaces in the following areas of the maternity facility: «entrance», «reception of women in labor», «area for relatives and hospital visitors», «delivery of newborns», «consultations» in the Polyclinic Department of the maternity hospital. The second, «environmental approach», is based on changing the scheme of communication and environmental situations in the internal environment of the maternity facility: the interior environment turns from public to autonomous.
