The parameters of the structure of the building material, including sulfur, depend on a large number of prescription and technological factors. This paper presents the experimental dependences of the average density and porosity of the sulfur composite material on the volume degree of filling, the specific surface of the filler, the concentration of the appret and the time of isothermal exposure. It is established that the dense sulfur composites obtained with silica filler with a specific surface area of 180 m2/kg, processed 30%-and 50%-s ' solution of rubber and subjected to isothermal aging for 2...3 hours

This article focuses on a method of drone-assisted assessment of road transportation and exploitation conditions. The nature and types of defects to the road surface and their effect on calculated speed of motion are registered based on the inclusion of a private coefficient. This coefficient is calculated based on the presence, amount, and relative area of motion. The algorithm of this method is implemented as a software programme, which allows to increase operational accuracy of the calculation. Additionally, the developed method allows to implement expedited assessment of an automobile road's transportation and exploitation conditions.

A review of the literature concerning the molding of centrifuged concrete products was carried out. The peculiarities of centrifugation of concrete, in particular, the manufacture of centrifuged pipes, have been studied. The main parameters and indices of the quality of concrete and the centrifuged tubes themselves are considered. The traditional mode of forming non-pressure pipes is described. The calculation formulas for the parameters of the centrifugation process and their graphical dependences are given. Based on the calculated data, it is concluded that the traditional modes of shaping of non-pressure pipes are characterized by the rotation speed of the mold from 82 to 300 rpm in the stages of loading and distribution of the concrete mixture. At the sealing stage, the control of the rotation speed of the mold varies over a very wide range and depends largely on the viscosity of the concrete mix and the pressing pressure: from 825 to 4400 rpm for concrete pipes with a diameter of 100 to 300 mm. Modeling the parameters of the molding regime during the centrifugation of ring-shaped products in a laboratory installation at a maximum compaction pressure of p = 2.16 kg/cm2 will allow us to refine the obtained data and study their effect on the variability of the concrete structure

Advantages of concrete paving slabs (CPS) are shown in front of asphalt pavements. The problem of preservation of decorativeness and durability of CPS in connection with porous structure of concrete is revealed. The need to reduce the capillary water saturation of CPS, including through the use of water repellents, is established. Field and laboratory studies of a number of hydrophobizing preparations have been carried out. The order of application of hydrophobizators and evaluation of properties is characterized. The results of a quantitative and scaled assessment of the properties of CPS after application of the preparations are presented. Hydrophobizers, which minimize the water saturation and water absorption of CPS, increase the resistance to UV radiation, alternating and elevated temperatures and reduce the peel strength of the frozen sample of concrete are determined.

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the chemical composition of pollutants in the air basin of the Rostov Region. This article describes the operation of panels from wood, sheathing from sheets and under the conditions of shear fixing in the form of ribs, an examination of the energy method that allows to determine the shear deformations of panels made of wood. Could get dependencies that determine the effort. They occur on each nail, nailed to the contour and to the inner edges of the panel. Proceeding from this, we developed a computer program that determines the numerical values of the angles by the method of successive approximations.

Article is devoted questions of road design taking into account its visual smoothness. In article questions of influence of visual smoothness on the providing by it of velocity of movement of vehicles are considered. In article the developed practice of roads design is analyzed. The given practice, in a due measure, does not consider requirements of landscape designing. Which, in turn, though are registered in the arch of rules, but have recommendatory character. Also in article questions of use of the minimum parameters of highways are mentioned at its designing. The necessary increase in the minimum parametres of norms of designing for maintenance of movement of vehicles with settlement speeds is recommended. The special attention in article is given transitive curves as their use at observance of principles of coordination of elements of the plan and a longitudinal profile provides visual smoothness and clearness of a line of a highway. It in turn raises traffic safety on these lines. The considerable attention is given the analysis of technical and psychological safety, as to the reasons of emergencies on roads. In article raising factors of values of radiuses for achievement of psychological comfort by the driver are offered at passage of curves to the plan.

The development of the mining industry calls for an increase in the technical and economic indicators of tunneling operations. At the same time, with increasing speed of construction, intensity and productivity of drifters, the complication of mining and geological conditions exacerbates the problems associated with ensuring the integrated safety of workers in underground conditions. With an increase in the depth of the trunks, the absolute average values of the duration of individual stages of work increase. The average speed of the construction of the trunks varies slightly and is lower than the normative ones. One of the main reasons for this situation is a large loss of time during the construction period and a low level of work safety. The performed studies show that it is necessary, both to increase the technical equipment of construction, and to improve the organization of work and socio-economic working conditions. The best examples from practice show that this allows you to increase labor productivity by 3 times while ensuring high work safety. At the same time, this approach is not yet widely used in modern Russian practice, where the socio-economic situation of the mining industry remains rather severe, and the level of industrial injuries is the highest in comparison with the rest of the economy. The numerical spatial model is a fragment of a rock mass with a size of 80 to 90 meters, in which the tunnel is connected by a span of 6.0 m, adjacent to the vertical trunk. The mating and trunk in the area under consideration are fixed with reinforced concrete lining 500 mm thick. A universal spatial isoparametric eight-node finite element is used to break up the model. The dimensions of the finite elements on the outer regions of the model were 2.5 - 5.0 m, on the inner - 0.25 - 0.5 m. Thus, the principle of combining dense and rarefied grids was used to reduce the amount of information describing the numerical model. The problem was solved in an elastoplastic formulation by a stepwise iteration method. As a result of calculations, all the components of the volumetric stress tensor in the finite elements of the lining and the rock mass, movement and deformation in the nodes of the finite elements were determined. With the help of the developed numerical models, a series of calculations was performed, an array of data was obtained on the stress-strain state of the lining in the zone of coupling effect, quantitative and qualitative analysis was performed. It is established that in characteristic zones of the influence of conjugations, a significant increase in the intensity of equivalent stresses is observed, which leads to a reduction in the load-bearing capacity of the lining by 2 times or more in comparison with extended sections of underground structures. To increase the efficiency of maintaining interfaces during tunnel operation, it is necessary to justify the control actions taking into account the dynamics of changes in the stress-strain state of the lining in space and time.

The article is devoted to the task of searching for the design solution of the structural coating plate. Structural plates are widely used to cover single-storey structures and have a wide variety of structural and architectural forms. The choice of minimum weight design is based on the VAT control method. As the regulators adopted the location of the columns and the class of steel. Depending on the number and location of the columns on which the structural plate rests, the forces in the structural elements change and accordingly the cross-sectional area and mass of the structure change. Four variants of the arrangement of the columns and three versions of the class of steel were considered. For each design variant, the design was calculated numerically, the cross-section was selected, and the mass was determined. Based on the accepted criterion of the effectiveness of the design solution - metal consumption, the most effective design solution was adopted with the arrangement of columns along the perimeter of the coating in steps of one cell.

The purpose of this paper is to identify to main areas of application of fibrous concrete based on the overview of foreign scientific works published over the last year. It is found that the studies are mainly focused on possible applications of fibrous concrete that are aimed at strengthening brick, concrete and wooden structural elements as part of building reconstruction. Part of the studies discusses the issue of recycling construction waste, especially glass and concrete, and using it to produce fibrous concrete. This approach allows maintaining the environmental balance, as the issues of industrial waste disposal remain topical for all countries of the world.

Flat bending stability problem of constant rectangular transverse section wooden beam, loaded by a concentrated force in the middle of the span is considered. Differential equation is provided for the cases when force is located not in the center of gravity. The solution of the equation is generated numerically by the method of finite differences. For the case of applying a load at the center of gravity, the problem reduces to a generalized secular equation. In other cases, the iterative algorithm developed by the authors is implemented, in the package Matlab. A relationship is obtained between the value of the critical force and the position of the load application point. For this dependence, a linear approximating function is chosen. A comparison of the results obtained by the authors with an analytical solution using the Bessel functions is performed.

The article presents an option hardwood building block manufactured from short-length sticks of lumber (slats). The wooden building block executed from the cut dried up, equal-caliber on length, width and thickness of boards on which width relief notches are executed. The block is assembled from a set of packages composed of vertically arranged boards of the same length, perceiving vertical loads. The boards are connected by a in the longitudinal direction of the lateral planes. Packages are connected to each other to form grooves and spikes along the length and at the ends of the block due to the longitudinal and transverse displacement of the packages relative to each other. Connection of packages between themselves is carried out by means of glue and/or other fasteners. Holes for fasteners are drilled in the connecting parts at a predetermined distance from each other in accordance with the diameter of these elements. This version of the construction block is obtained with high vertical load-bearing characteristics, withstanding increased horizontal loads in the longitudinal and transverse planes, allowing you to quickly and accurately set it in place in the longitudinal and transverse planes without the use of additional tools and devices, such as level, plumb, chipping cord, etc.One of the main advantages is the ability to manufacture blocks of lumber waste, which significantly reduces the cost of its manufacture. Production of the offered building blocks opens prospects of low-cost construction of low-rise constructions, both residential, and industrial use.
