In article metallurgical production as the metallurgy is one of the main sources of technogenic environmental pollution and a working zone is considered. Authors have described the main sources of formation of fine dust by results of which the analysis of fractional structure of the dust particles which are allocated during the operation of the arc melting furnace has been carried out. The submitted data demonstrate that the dust coming to rooms of the shop has the sizes from 3 to 18 microns. The share of mass of particles with sizes less than 10 microns in air of the electrosteel-smelting shop makes from 15%.

The article considers the device for experimental and laboratory testing of microclimate systems. The device is an experimental setup in which it is possible to study the microclimate parameters of multi-functional and multi-level buildings by modeling various processes and their location in the total volume of buildings. Accordingly, with the help of this test model, the parameters of the movement of contaminated air masses and convective flows are studied.

The article reveals the relationship between the concepts of "ecology", "Anthropoecology"and " architecture". The analysis of the concepts of "architecture" and "Anthropoecology", common to them, their identity, is that the object of consideration is the external environment in relation to man. It is established that the objective of Anthropoecology, in this context, is the study of human interaction with the environment, determining the conditions of its comfort and utilitarianism for humans, and the subject of architecture – the formation of the environment through the construction of buildings. The direct connection and continuity of ecology and architecture in the formation of an artificial human environment determines environmental friendliness as an essential, profound property and the mission of architecture. On the basis of comparative analysis of the concepts "Anthropoecology" and "architecture" their deep essential interrelation is established, which determines the necessity of anthropoecological approach to architectural design, as well as the transition to the integrated assessment of environmental characteristics of real estate objects.

In is paper investigated and confirmed the Deposit of bentonite clay on the studied road section of Osh-Isfana. Osh-Isfana road is an international meaning road. The road is located in the Nookatsky district of Osh region of Kyrgyz Republic and connects the two regions and gives access to the territory of neighboring States – Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Overestimation of the roadbed with moisture is an extremely dangerous phenomenon, since the strength of the pavement and the stability of the slopes of the mounds and excavations are greatly reduced. When designing the basis of the road on collapsible soils are equally important inside the event with the aim of reducing the likelihood of soaking the soil. The recommendations on the use of local building material as a waterproofing layer of the road structure, interrupting the movement of moisture, while ensuring the removal of water from rain and snow melt.

The article contains an analysis of the shortcomings of the majority of existing stabilizing additives for shale-mastic asphalt-concrete mixtures. In the paper, the results of the use as a stabilizing additive for blast-mastic asphalt-concrete mixtures of a composition consisting of cellulose fibers treated with organic binder and mineral fiber are considered.

The article deals with the design of bimetallic bridges, their advantages in comparison with reinforced concrete bridges. Its given the characteristics and chemical composition of conventional bridged steel and high strength steels. The scheme of dividing continuous lash of span structure into spans is considered and the ratio of spans with equal bending moments is calculated. Its given the calculation of an effective three-span system. The existing efforts and bimetallic standard blocks of three types are proposed for them. Blocks are made of two types of steel: conventional cross section of bridge steel, heavily loaded cross section of structural high tensile. In block A, the lower belt; in block B the lower belt, the wall and thongs of the orthotropic plate; in block K the lower belt and the beam wall is made of strong steel. Such unification will significantly reduce labor intensity and weight of the structure.

The peculiarities of the deformation diagram under short-term central axial compression of concrete of the frame structure of class B60, obtained by immersing a large aggregate in a low-viscosity solution component, are revealed. The boundaries of microcrack formation of concrete are determined. A good correspondence of the main regularities of the change in the tensile strength and deformation properties of a concrete frame structure with some known data is shown. The possibility of an analytical description of the deformation diagram of a concrete frame structure known formula Sargine (Sargine) is confirmed. Data are presented on the change in the initial modulus of elasticity, the Poisson's ratio, the change in the volume of concrete and the propagation velocity of ultrasound in concrete, depending on the level of loading. The ratio of cubical and prismatic strength is given. The conclusion is made about the expediency of using concrete frame structure in reinforced concrete columns.

the development of the best available technologies, in particular, the disinfection of waste water from meat processing plants is possible in meat clusters, of which the universities are an indispensable element. Disinfection of waste water from meat-processing plants from sanitary-indicative microorganisms, pathogenic enterobacteria and helminth eggs during the electroflotocoagulation method was investigated. The effect of disinfection from E. coli, eterobacteria and salmonella averaged 99%.

The possibility of determining the physical and mechanical properties of materials on the basis of measuring the fractal dimension of its structure is considered in the article. It is shown that there is a definite dependence between the composition of the cement composite and the fractal dimension, and, consequently, similar dependencies can be obtained for various physicomechanical parameters.

It was considered the method of calculating the stability of steel spiral-bound silo wall under axisymmetric buckling under the influence of internal grain pressure is considered. The silo construction consists of short, cylindrical shells smoothed through the folds and having initial curvatures directed inwards. It was obtained the solution for determining the critical stresses of short shells.

In this article the relevance of development of the wood concrete meeting the modern requirements for an ecological component and energy efficiency is considered. Features of the mechanism of structurization at hydration of the cement knitting and organic filler with use of the X-ray diffraction analysis are shown. Indicators of concentration of basic elements in the cement test without organic filler are defined and at his existence. The comparative analysis of structure of steam solution of wood concrete and structure of solution from quick-hardening cement with use of data of a rastroelektronny microscope is carried out.

The paper proposes a description of the developed optical measuring set-up for the contactless recording and processing of measurement results for small spatial (linear and angular) displacements of control surfaces based on the use of laser technologies and optical interference methods. The proposed set-up is designed to solve all the arising measurement tasks in the study of the physical and mechanical properties of new materials and in the process of diagnosing the state of structural materials by acoustic active methods of nondestructive testing. The structure of the set-up, its constituent parts are described, and the features of construction and functioning during measurements are discussed. New technical solutions for the implementation of the components of the set-up under consideration are obtained. The proposed set-up is intended for use in instrumentation, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, aviation, energy sector, etc.

The problems of reconstruction of transport infrastructure and road network in residential areas are very important. Transport directly affects the labor and cultural activity of the population, largely determining the technical and social progress of society. Transport highways and street-road network form the frame of the city, form its planning structure. Gravity retaining wall in cross section is a trapezoid with base width of 1.0 m and a width of the top of 0.3 m. the length of the angled sections of the retaining walls were determined from the conditions of placement of the pit for their buildings, side streets the Moscow highway and technical strip for lining of engineering communications. The front surface of retaining walls has a curvature of R=15.8 m. similar to the front surface of the side walls of tunnel overpasses. Frame retaining walls are an inverted U-shaped frame. The front surface of a retaining wall, consisting of paired radial curves of radius R=15.8 m and R=1.8 m. the curvature of the front retaining walls similar to the front surface of the side walls of the underpasses of tunnel type.

The history of development and efficiency of application of pipe-concrete structures during the erection of buildings and structures of various technical purposes is considered. The application of pipe-concrete columns for the purpose of restoring the operational reliability and load-carrying capacity of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures of the production building during its reconstruction is considered. Calculation of the bearing capacity taking into account additional loads and checking the strength of sections of the pipe-concrete column according to the deformation model have been made.

Abstract: the necessity of planning and cost adjustment during construction works is substantiated. The article deals with the consequences of non-compliance with rules and building regulations, which lead to additional financial costs for repair and restoration due to the destruction of both individual structures and the object as a whole. System errors in construction technology during Foundation reinforcement and installation are revealed. Made normative calculations for the implementation of the construction project. The article consists of introduction, two parts and conclusion. In the introduction the necessity of monitoring compliance with industry regulatory legislation. In the first part of the article "cost Planning in construction" substantiates the need for business planning based on economic approaches. Options for the implementation of ecological and safe construction materials in the construction of buildings. In the second part of the article "analysis of deviations from standards in construction" a detailed study of the individual stages of design and construction of buildings, which revealed the harmful effects of both gross errors and minor deviations from the established building standards.
