    The results of investigations of stress-strain state of the foundation for the vertical steel tank with sequential action loads in the construction and operation. Developed three-dimensional numerical model studies that take into account the physical nonlinearity and allows successive loading method to evaluate the stress-strain state of the tank foundation at each step of loading. Regularities of the change of the stress-strain state of the tank Foundation and subgrade in the modeling of the process of construction of the tank and fill the oil during operation.   • A study of changing type of investment strategy of the enterprises of machine-building complex

    The article is devoted to the study of internal conditions under which there is a transition on a higher level investment strategy. The author conducted a financial analysis of 30 machine-building enterprises of the southern Federal district and the features of the financial status of enterprises with different types of investment strategy. According to the results of the research are formulated the conditions for changing type of investment strategy and assesses the probability of transition. The obtained results can be used in the framework of the organizational-economic mechanism of perfection of planning of the state support of investment development of enterprises of machine-building industry in the region.

  • Experimental dust particle leakage’s evaluation through the wet separator in the decreasing dust aspiration system of cement manufacturing

    This article describes a way of reducing dust emissions of pollutions exhausted in the atmosphere in the manufacture of cement applying high effective wet dust cleaners with a combined scheme of separation of dust from the gas flow within systems cutting dusting aspiration. It was observed a short description of main technological processes, devices and related major sources of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the atmosphere in the cement manufacture in this article. It was described an industrial survey of a representative sample of aspiration systems and of cement’s enterprises using dust precipitators within those system. There concern the main results of the dispersed analysis of variance dimension’s particle of cement dust stemming and exhausting from the kilns in this article. There is describe a new wet dust cleaner cutting emissions of dust pollution aspiration schemes from kiln cement oven into atmosphere. It was fulfill experimental research to get evaluation of the leakage’s degree of dust particles mean as outlet exhaust’s coefficient for the elaborated wet dust cleaner. It was obtain treatment dependence of the outlet exhaust’s coefficient in the regression’s dependence as function of several parameters within research work field for this wet dust precipitator parameters. The tests showed that developed wet scrubbing dust collector reduced significantly cement dust emissions exhausting in the atmosphere and high degree of reliability one’s.

  • The overall stability of a spherical shell coating of an object "Winter garden" Technopark of the RGSU

  • About possibility of receiving a facing brick from clay raw materials of the Zvezdinsky field

    Results of laboratory researches on determination of suitability of clay raw materials of the Zvezdinsky field for production of a facing ceramic brick are stated by way of plastic formation. It is established that for receiving faultless products it is necessary to reduce air shrinkage and sensitivity to drying of a structure. Additives – sandy loam of the Dubovsky field and a fuel-bearing additive are for this purpose used. For increase of frost resistance of a ceramic crock entered the mineral modifying additive into a structure – waste of production of mineral fertilizers. Its introduction in number of 5% allowed to increase frost resistance to 50 cycles without deterioration of appearance of the burned samples. In addition, on the burned samples made of all structures there was a whitish raid. For the purpose of receiving a monophonic surface the svezhesformovannykh of samples applied special water solution for elimination of a white raid on two sides. These actions reached receiving the samples corresponding to facing products.

  • Analysis of the frequency characteristics of the vibrations of a gearless lift’s direct suspension

    The analysis of the vibration system depending on the point of generation of the perturbation by frequency characteristics of a gearless lift’s direct suspension is made. It is shown that the behavior of the vibration system essentially depends on the place of perturbation: the cabin of a lift or the rope driving pulley. Depending on the point of generation of the perturbation the system of a direct gearless lift can have a “resonant” or an “inductive” character.

  • Erecting multistory buildings with monolithic reinforced concrete slab floors by using of precast large-sized spatial structures

    Introduction. The present invention generally relates to construction elements for erecting structures, and also to methods of erecting structures with the use of construction elements. Construction elements for erecting structures are conventionally flat elements, which are assembled at a site of construction for erecting a structure. Such flat constructions elements cannot be too wide because their transportation with the use of conventional transportation means is not possible. It is therefore necessary to use the construction elements with reduced width to allow their transportation, or to produce wide construction elements at the construction site. It is therefore believed that it would be advisable to improve existing construction elements and methods for erection of structures with their use. Result. The new technology of construction, based on the use of precast reinforced concrete large-sized spatial structures with variable geometry, allowing transportation without the special vehicles. After truck shipment and restore the geometry, structure is mounted to final position. As a result of the only one mounting stage, load bearing and (or) enclosure structure, permanent formwork of a monolithic slab floor are erected. The proposed technology is confirmed by the author’s priority (Patent № US 8,615,967 B1 / Dec. 31, 2013) Conclusions. Patent search report and the actual fact of the U.S. Patent allow us to draw a conclusion on feasibility and prospect of new technology.

  • Current state and prospects of development of a passenger transport complex of the city agglomeration

    In article the condition of a passenger transport complex of the Izhevsk city agglomeration is considered. It is noted that agglomeration includes a number of settlements of the neighboring regions. It imposes additional restrictions on development of all transport complex as it is necessary to agree in addition on the separate organizational economic problems relating to competences of local authorities.   • The device for restoration of internal cylindrical surfaces of details of mobile equipment galvanomekhanichesky sedimentation of coverings

    Carry to the main advantages of galvanic ways of restoration: possibility of formation of a layer from several micrometers thick to 1-2 mm. metal or a combination of metals with the set properties, restoration "in the size", that is without the subsequent machining, simultaneous restoration of several surfaces and use of a small amount of electrolyte. A number of the devices allowing to provide the demanded conditions is developed for implementation of galvanomekhanichesky sedimentation of coverings. As the activating elements in these devices generally apply abrasive materials which working surface, in the course of work, "is salted", that is it is hammered with cutting products. It considerably reduces efficiency of activation of the cathode and uniformity of the received deposit in view of introduction in the formed layer the activating elements of products of activation. The offered device developed by Zakharov Yu.A. and Spitsyn I.A. it is deprived of such shortcoming in view of application of the activating elements in the form of leaders and the conducted abrasive rollers connected by a belt drive. For elimination of this lack of the existing devices by Zakharov Yu.A. and Spitsyn I.A. (patent No. 2503753) the device was developed for galvanomekhanichesky sedimentation of coverings on internal cylindrical surfaces of details. Difference of the offered device is that at sedimentation of an electrodeposit, the conducting and conducted rollers, being rolled on the activated cathode surface, rotate with various district speed because of their various diameter. As pulleys of leaders and the conducted rollers are connected by a belt drive, to the transfer relation no more than 0,8-0,9, on shaft of rollers there is various district force forcing the conducted rollers to slip rather cathodic surface. It provides better removal of the passivating film and continuous change of the surface of the activating roller contacting to the activated cathodic surface. Thus, the free surface of the activating roller is washed by a channel of electrolyte, being cleared of activation products that interferes with formation of so-called "zasalivaniye" of a wor1king surface of the activating elements (rollers).
