The article presents the results of a study of the mechanism of occurrence of cracks in the material of heated cylindrical porous powder blanks being deposited. The type of cracks is classified and the role of the boundaries between the "particles" of powder on the surface of a porous workpiece as stress concentrators contributing to the formation of cracks during its deformation is noted.

The article presents the results of studies on the influence of sintering modes on the distribution of carbon in the material of a porous powder billet used for the manufacture of a differential satellite by dynamic hot pressing. The distribution of carbon and density in the satellite material is established, recommendations for its chemical and thermal treatment are given.

The use of anti-friction materials in moving units reduces the likelihood of component wear, increases reliability, service life of parts and mechanisms as a whole. The paper considered the effectiveness of molybdenum coating in the design of oil and gas fittings, namely, an axisymmetric check valve and a control valve. Tests for strength, thickness, microhardness of the coating in the rack and pinion mechanism of oil and gas fittings were carried out.

On the basis of the proposed Timoshenko S. P. solution of the problem of pure bending of an elastic rectangular plate under the action of moments of constant intensity acting on its boundary, the theory of bending of viscoelastic plates fixed in the vertices is proposed for the first time. The proposed solution uses the hereditary theory taking into account the hypothesis of N. H. Harutyunyan about the constancy of the coefficient of transverse deformation. For the first time, a method of recalculation of the distributed transverse load applied on the surface of the plate at equivalent moments of constant intensity, time-dependent and applied at the edges, is proposed. For the first time with the help of this theory, the problem of bending a plate pinched at a single angular point distributed by a transverse load is solved. As examples, calculations of rectangular plates under the action of their own weight are given.

In the article the possibilities of a modern system with numerical control FMS-3000(3200) compared to other common control racks. Given the specific production examples of the design of control programs for cases odnostoronnego and multilayer milling in power engineering. The analysis of the total length of programs and the complexity of their adjustments in the processing elements of the same type having different geometric dimensions. It is concluded that the use of specialized modal cycles in the control FMS-3000(3200) significantly increases the efficiency of program-controlled machining.

The work carried out to optimize the design and manufacturing process of the main working element of the horizontal mixer - paddle shaft. Achieved reduction in metal consumption and labor input shaft, improved mechanical properties of the elements of his installation. This allowed for the production of products of the required quality at substantially lower cost of production process.

Developed a method of producing nanoclusters of copper and lead in water -organic solution with a soluble anode with simultaneous dispersion in the friction layer of metal recovered at the cathode. The topographic studies of the nanocluster metal structures are performed with the scanning probe microscope (SPM) Solver P47H. Tribological properties of steel-steel friction pair are studied on the front friction machine AE-5. In the result, the following is established. It is shown that in the process triboelectrochemical process the nanoclusters are formed of copper and lead with a height of about 100 nm. The possibility of realization of the effect of wearless friction when using a lubricating composition containing nanoscale particles of copper and lead to rubbing steel surfaces. On the friction surfaces is formed servovite film, which improves frictional characteristics of the contact and reduces wear of the contacting surfaces.

This paper presents the implementation technology of a bachelor interdisciplinary training as a part of the research work. Implementation experience of this technology is disclosed as an example of solving rational cutting material problem for the manufacture of large-sized products, consisting of parts, limited nominally cylindrical surfaces. A distinctive feature of this technology implementation is a special cast group: full-time and part-time students having experience in the specialized enterprises. Implementation of interdisciplinary training in the scientific research focused on solving production problems on the basis of technology, it helps to activate the student cognitive activity, the goal-setting formation to the study of some disciplines, better understanding of the studied techniques and technologies, the formation of conscious need to improve their professional competence constantly.

Disassembling of NPP equipment, systems and metal constructions is a compulsory procedure in the final stage of NPPs work cycle, namely withdrawal. Disassembling technology is closely linked with some necessary conditions, that is why some mandatory requirements must be fulfilled.
The disassembling tasks can be carried out with the help of modern tech-nologies, means and instrumentware. The system of task-oriented engineering and adaptation to the environment and its conditions provides informational and me-thodical supporting in the process of developing the technology of equipment dis-assembling.
This article presents the common methods and practical recommendations for developing the technological process of disassembling of NPP equipment.
