The device for uninterrupted measurement of shaft wearing out by stuffing tightening is offered. The device for investigating sealing tightenings is worked out. Opticoelectronic systems are used for increasing the accuracy of measuring and for the purpose of uninterrupted monitoring in the construction of both devices.

Bbiomechanical parameters of the competitive exercise «bench» during the All-Russian competitions (Cup of Russia, Sochi 2011) were revealed in powerlifting athletes of various qualifications with motor disorder. Comparative analysis showed that there are significant differences between athletes of high, medium and low skills.

Modelling results of technical state of long-operated bridge crossings across conveyance structures are given in the article. As a result of the experiment a solid-state model for bearing element of a bridge crossing across conveyance canals was constructed. The stress-strain state of ferroconcrete bearing elements under various load combinations is considered. As a result of numerical experiments carried out zones of forming defects and damages on bearing elements of bridge crossings across conveyance canals were marked out. These zones may have characteristic damages of the same type that makes it possible to regulate the process of laying georadar sounding profiles and defining points in which it is necessary to measure concrete strength when conducting inspections on location. In this connection modeling defects on a column by way of formation voids and ferroconcrete unseals with diameters from 50 mm to 100 mm was carried out. Intensive danger threshold for forming voids and ferroconcrete unseals beginning from 100 mm diameter was fixed.

Software and hardware solution for the operational monitoring of the technical state of water conveyance structures designed to determine the various parameters of defects and damages, as well as of the forecast period the residual life of their members. It can be used to estimate the geometric parameters of each defect, namely - the location, depth, width, height, and operational evaluation of residual life - namely, predicting the total number of cycles of freezing and thawing, as the last for the period of operation, and the remaining to loss of bearing capacity of concrete elements water conveyance structures, and complex influence of several factors on the reliability of the plant and the most characteristic of them is abrasion, leaching processes and the degree of wear on sites with different hydraulic characteristics. Software and hardware solution can be equipped with various combinations of frames, copies the form of water conveyance structures.

Combined method which allows analyzing parameters of the nanoscale atomic and electronic structure of materials relying on three different methods (x-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAFS), x-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy) was developed. The method was applied for the study of nickel oxide nanoparticles, which serve as an efficient catalyst for the artificial photosynthesis process.

We have carried out the analysis on the scientific and technological literature on methods of calculation and analysis of the x-ray diffraction, x-ray absorption and Raman spectra used to analyse the structure of the materials for hydrogen storage under realistic operating conditions. The simulations were carried out for the series of small palladium nanoclusters with embedded hydrogen. Multiscale computer modelling was used to simulate the dynamics of structure of the materials during charge/discharge phases.

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern trends in the development of methodology, theory and techniques of biotechnology. A methodological crisis and the clear need for reflection on the consequences of scientific and technological progress in general, and the application of biotechnology, in particular, led to the emergence of socio-methodological discourse of innovative approaches and concepts in this field of knowledge. One of the central provisions is sociosynergetic methodology, modelling the self-developing systems. Considerable attention is given to justify the inevitability of ethical-anthropological evaluation of the implications of the use of axiological biotechnologies. The author concludes that in post-non-classic methodology in general and in sociosynergetics, in particular, the bioethical principles, forming a new ethos of biotechnologies, will serve as a methodological rule. In connection with it, the search for mechanisms of introduction of qualitative bioethics practices is extremely important.

It was investigated the influence several additives and process parameters on the properties of piezoelectric ceramics based on PZT phase systems. It was shown that the use of the substitution of Pb2+ ions on the Bi3+, and Ti4+ ions, and Zr4+ to Fe3+ and Mn4+, as well as the method of "chemical assembly «allows to obtain increase the Curie temperature of ceramic samples of 50 - 170°C. The theoretical aspects of this area of research have been discussed in this article.
