The influence of attendant anions on the transformation of zinc compounds in the soil was studied in a model experiment. The differences in the number of mobile forms of recoverable zinc in the soil, depending on its dose and form of addition were defined. Influence of associated anions on the content of metals mobile forms in the soil decreases in the order: PO42¯≈ Cl¯ > NO3¯ > SO42¯> СН3СОО¯> О¯. Transformation of zinc compounds during 2-year period after the receipt of the metal in the soil has been studied. There is no soil stabilization in ratio form for two years studying, indicating the low speeds transformation of metal compounds with soil components. Transformation of Zn in soil depends on the attendant anion, metal concentration in soil and time interaction with the solid phase of soils. The transformation process of metal adsorbed the soil goes toward to decrease of Zn mobility.

To assess the genotoxicity of environmental urban ecosystems appropriate to use indicators geno-and cytotoxic extract pilezii Multiflora. Geno-and cytotoxicity of the extract can be assessed by the level of chromosomal aberrations, as well as indicators of the mitotic index in the root meristem of pea, germinated on an extract pilezii Multiflora. When using indicators geno-and cytotoxicity in urban ecosystems should talk about the genotoxicity of the environment in the case of a statistically significant difference from the control of these parameters.

In the article based on the analysis of corporate direction features with formal and informal (corporate) restrictions in civil service, two types of direction in the administrative sphere are found out. Measurement results of basic characteristics of electronic module based on two specialized analog integrated circuits depending on different square area silicon detectors using source of 239Pu alpha particles is given. Processing of current pulses typically consists to convert them into a voltage by charge sensitive amplifiers and reduce noise by bandpass filters. Earlier for work with avalanche photodiode we have developed, constructed and tested two electronic modules "CRP-MDL-1" and "CRP-MDL-2". During the measurements was investigated spectrometric channel response on exposure to ionizing radiation from a source of alpha particles 239Pu and test input signals, thus we determined basic technical characteristics including energy resolution and noise characteristics. As a result, research found, that the output signal has the following timings: rise time - 1 us (levels of 0.1-0.9), peak time - 1.4 us, fall time - 1.8 us pulse width - 3.5 us. The conversion factor of module working with silicon detector (area of 1000 mm2 and a capacity 500 pF) consists about 10.6 mV / fC, or 0.47 V / MeV. Integral nonlinearity of spectrometer path is not worse 0.4% in the range from about 0.1 to 3.2 V. The energy resolution was 89.1 keV line of 5157 keV. The experimental studies revealed that using an external low-noise transistors developed module can be used in the construction of standard radiometric paths. It is appropriate to use the developed design-circuit solutions for implementing 4-channel chip for multi-channel radiometric and spectrometric systems.

The article is concerned with problems of modern electrohydraulic converters control systems used to adjust wicket gate of Kaplan turbine. Linearized model of wicket gate servomotor is considered. Algorithm for online identification of parameters of servomotor is considered. Algorithm is based on recurrent least squares method. Algorithm for adaptive PI-regulator tunning is based on online optimization of functional of generalised work (FGW). Model experiments using real data show reducing maximum control error of servomotor position from 20 % to 1 %. Also methods for servomotor state diagnostic are considered.

In the article a number of approaches to a flapping wing pilotless vehicle control system synthesis are analyzed. Referred type of pilotless vehicles is possessed of a number of advantages compared to the traditional schemes, but requires a special approach to control system creation because of strong nonlinearity and multicoupling of a controlling object mathematical model. As a result of a control system synthesis approaches analysis a synergetic approach was marked out as the most adequate for the mentioned above type of controlling objects. An idea of prognostics application for the goal of reaching of adaptive control is also set forth. In this case parameters of an object of control and parameters of ambient both are to be forecasted whereby an adaptive behavior of an object of control is expected to be achieved.

Modern ultra-tight integration structure of strapdown inertial systems and global positioning system, based on the linearization of the navigation measurements and linearization of measurement errors models, are not not applicable for motor vehicles navigation. The adequate standard stochastic model of the vehicle perturbed motion has been synthesized. The model can be used for the integration Kalman filter. Such correlations can result in poor real-time estimation accuracy of navigation parameters of motor vehicle.

The existing approaches to the integration of relatively cheap strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) based on MEMS-based technology and satellite navigation systems (SNS) are ineffective in relation to motor vehicles. We consider the iterative algorithm for the loosely coupled mode of integration of heterogeneous navigation systems do not intend to use the optimal estimation. The solution is obtained on the basis of the fully nonlinear model of the navigation system of the vehicle and the, therefore, is valid for arbitrary and unknown in advance nature of his movements, and, in the most general assumptions about the level of disturbances acting upon him.

For miniaturized vacuum klystron type devices utilization of a double- gap strip-line cavity with suspended ceramic substrate is very promising.
The two-mode operating mode of such cavities practically isn't studied enough; so there is the great scientific and practical interest for research of electrodynamic characteristics of cavities during multi-mode operation that correspond to simultaneous excitement of anti-phase and co-phase modes in a double gap.
In this article results of the 3-D numerical modeling by means of the Ansoft HFSS code are presented, and also the experimental results of the electrodynamic properties of the half-wave double- gap cavity with the suspended ceramic substrate are submitted. Optimum parameters of this design, allowing to carry out simultaneous excitement at multiple frequencies with frequency rate (K=2) are determined.
In such cavity high values of unloaded Q factors isn’t need because dielectric losses and conductor losses can be compensated at the expense of the negative electronic conductivity that brought by modulated electronic beam. The operating mode with frequency rate can be used for increasing of efficiency of generating and amplifying micro devices with filament cathode and matrix field emission cathodes.

At present, the development of algorithms is particularly relevant high-level analysis of video sequences, including tracking of objects in a video stream and their implementation in information and communication systems. In the proposed approach the pretreatment step uses optical flow calculation for each frame video sequence, as well as low-level features (such as a representation of each pixel in the color space YIU). For moving objects optical flow is more important than for a stationary background and allows you to find the foreground objects in video sequences and adjust the weighting function in determining the histogram similar to the adjacent frames, taking into account the motion of objects.

The paper presents a method of detecting distortions in the archival photo documents by texture analysis based on local binary patternss. The proposed approach consists of the following stages: pre-treatment and detection of scratches. Pre-treatment is used to reduce the effects of noise and small defects in the image. To recognize the class of defects using a support vector machine. The effectiveness of the new approach on several examples in the detection of defects.

The model of the ideal video camera is described, the form of the intrinsic and extrinsic camera parameters is showed. The relations between coordinates of a point in the world coordinate system with coordinates of this point on the image plane are given. The problem of finding extrinsic camera parameters from corresponded world and image points is posed. The error of found extrinsic parameters is estimated by simulation for several configurations of calibration objects consisting of a variable number of points on different distances from the camera and with different angles between them. On the basis of simulation results recommendations are given for the choice of the calibration object in order to improve the accuracy of the extrinsic camera parameters. The best results may be obtained with a configuration consisting of points that have a large angular distance between them and are posed on different distance from camera.

"This research focuses on the development of wireless sensor network simulator. The simulator is designed using multiagent model approach. For the software implementation the multi-agent simulation library MASON and the graph modeling, analysis and visualization library JUNG are used. The experimental research of simulator directed at the efficiency and precision estimation were carried out. The experiments were performed on networks of various sizes. The latest wireless technology and progress in chip manufacturing in the past few years allowed to move to the practical development and implementation of a new class of distributed communication systems - wireless sensor networks (WSN). The aim of this work is the creation of a wireless sensor network simulator, which makes it possible to simulate its operation in different modes, including using various routing protocols. This simulator is considered as the basis tool for analysis and optimization of wireless sensor networks. One of the objectives of the developed simulator is to analyze the impact of different routing protocols on the separate/overload nodes, involved in retransmission packets, sourced from other network nodes. The need to develop a simulator is due to the fact that the choice of many technical solutions arising in the design of information systems with the WSN can not be only based on laboratory tests conducted on a small network. Real information systems, such as environmental monitoring system, consist of a large number of nodes, which is impossible to reproduce in the laboratory . Therefore, the task of developing simulator WSN is relevant. Currently, there are several approaches and appropriate tools for simulation of wireless sensor networks. So, for the development of simulator, you can use the package modeling networks ns-2/ns-3 . This package is a general-purpose simulation system, strength of which is the possibility of a realistic simulation of the physical propagation of signals. However, the use of this system for simulation WSN requires writing extensions. Other than that ns--2/ns-3 allows only to simulate network, but can not stimulate the work of software nodes. Simulator TOSSIM is deprived of this deficiency . It allows to simulate the work as separate nodes, and large networks, consisting of hundreds or even thousands of nodes; and gives the developer the ability to analyze and test the code, which is designed for the real hardware. The compiler, included in TOSSIM, replaces the low-level application components that interact with hardware resources of the node with the components interacting with the implementations of these devices in the simulator. With this the simulator executes the same code as the real network nodes. However, the simulator has a relatively low productivity and is not suitable for multiple simulation of large sensor networks, which is essential in the development of tools to optimize WSN. Therefore, along with the use of this simulator , we decided to develop a simpler, but at the same time, more rapid and scalable simulator."

Optimization of the form of microstrip line in order to increase quality factor is shown. Differential line shorted at one end, at the resonant frequency in the operating mode of the standing wave. At the shorted end of the line voltage is at minimum level, while the current at the maximum, so losses are mainly due to the series resistance of the microstrip line. On the other side of the line, the current is minimized, and the voltage - maximum, so the parasitic losses associated with shunt conductance between the differential lines. This effect use for reducing line losses and increasing the Q-factor. To this end, at the shorted end of the line is necessary to increase the line width and the gap between them, and at the other end to reduce the width and gap.

In the introduction the relevance of the study of diffusion along grain boundaries in metals. The aim of the work was to develop a method for determining the diffusion coefficient of impurity atoms at the grain boundaries in metals based on the numerical solution of the model by Fisher. The methodology laid plotting the ratio of the depth of bulk diffusion and grain boundary diffusion on the ratio of the diffusion coefficients of impurity atoms in them. In the construction of numerical solutions available to simplify the modeling of the physical nature of the process of diffusion along grain boundaries. The technique may be used in experiments with widely varying parameters diffusion annealing. Examples of the application procedure. The estimation of the coefficient of grain-boundary diffusion of copper in polycrystalline nickel. Also calculated the ratio of maximal depth of diffusion of silver in the grain and the grain boundary in the SMC copper.

The synthesis of nanocomposite FeNi3/C based on the PAN, FeCl3 · 6H2O and NiCl2 · 6H2O, whereby the first time by the IR heating at 400 ÷ 700 ° C obtained nanocomposite FeNi3/C FeNi3 particle size of 10 to 80 nm are uniformly distributed UM. Using thermodynamic calculations based on the minimization of the Gibbs energy, confirmed the synthesis of nanocomposite FeNi3/C at T=400 ° C reduction of Fe and Ni with H2, produced during the process of carbonization of polyacrylonitrile with infrared heating. Designed as a nano material of the films can be effectively used as a carrier material for a magnetic information recording superdense. Recording density is achieved in such a carrier (85-100) Gb/dyuym2.
