The article presents the local type of logistic centers in urban environment as an essential part of freight network and its place in hierarchic logistic system of a country. Transport, compositional, ecologic and other aspects that have impact on spacial concept of local logistic centers are under examination. Thus generalized models of local logistic centers are put forward. They are developed by the authors with large volume of handled cargo, turnover capacity, and are space-saving. The main concepts of such models are following: vertical development of storage volume due to construction of several floor and shelf storage levels with different ramps as well as provision of comfort one-way transport of minimum maneuvers and without crossing and conflicting traffic.

The article describes the preparation of the sensitivity of the output voltage for a typical architecture of voltage reference to variations of the parameters of elements. Also considers the main advantages of this approach in the analysis and design of circuits. The article presents the corresponding graphs sensitivities. A timber industry complex is a complex of technological processes linked with timber harvesting, wood transport and woodworking. For their optimization are used mathematical and economic methods. The brief overview of the application of mathematical modeling methods for the analysis and optimization of technological processes in the forestry sector is given in the article. Queuing theory is used for analysis of forestry process. For example harvesting technology with the round logs production for wooden construction is considered as G/G/1 queuing system. Well-developed models of queuing theory are recommended for analyzing of forestry process. Simulation models are recommended for deep analysis of forestry process.

The algorithm is based on ideas of evolutionary search. In the article obtaining of cathodic coating MnO2 on condenser porous tantalum anode was researched. It was ascertained that formation of crystalline defects from hydrated MnO2 on MnO2 coating obtaining by known technology is possible. Such formations disturb tantalum capacitor cathode integrity. To determine the reasons of the crystal defects formation conveyed simultaneous thermal analysis of Mn(NO3)2x4H2O and Mn(NO3)2x6H2O with an analysis of the flue gases by FTIR spectroscopy. Based on the analysis results a mechanism of manganese nitrate thermolysis was suggested and the cause of the crystal defects on the surface after the coating of manganese dioxide removed from the furnace was ascertained. It was established that the thermolysis process is followed by the formation of such manganese nitrate intermediates as manganese hydroxynitrate, manganese oxyhydroxide and its further oxidation to manganese dioxide. Because of secondary processes leaking on the MnO2 cover manganese oxyhydroxide residual can react with water vapor and oxygen, that leads to the formation of crystalline defects. Such phenomenon has a negative impact on the chemical composition and integrity of the coating on the surface of the porous MnO2 tantalum capacitor anode. Also it has been found experimentally that manganese hydroxynitrate is formed from manganese nitrate in the form of microtubules on the porous tantalum vehicle surface.

In article consider the development of modeling spatial spread of epidemics to improve the quality and accuracy of anti-epidemic situation using a combination of simulation model based on stochastic model of compartmental and cellular automaton. The epidemic is spatially distributed dynamical system to describe the spatial- temporal behavior of the application of models which class of cellular automata. Cellular automata are discrete dynamical systems, which is a collection of identical cells, the same way interconnected. All cells form, the so-called lattice cellular automaton. Lattice can be of different types, differing both in dimension and shape of cells. Each cell is a finite state machine whose states are determined by the states of neighboring cells. Cells can be placed on a one-dimensional line, plane or in a multidimensional space

The solid solution of LiMn1/3Cr1/3Fe1/3O2 with the structure of α-NaFeO2 isostructural with the widely used LiCoO2 has been synthesized and investigated as a cathode material. Rated voltage of LiMn1/3Cr1/3Fe1/3O2 relative to the lithium is 4 V. The possibility of charging − discharging the material to a specific capacity of 220-250 mAh/g at currents of C/15-C/50 without phase transformations has been experimentally demonstrated.

In the article are introduced research results of physicochemical properties of ammonium nitrate – potassium nitrate water system at 25o C. The literary source analysis is performed that no clear opinion about solid phases composition. The different composition double salts, solid solution and eutectics are identifies. Appeal is specifies a look and properties of formed structures. Methods of differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction have been establishing that the equilibrium solid phase of the studied system represents two types of solid solutions. A first type based on the III phase of ammonium nitrate crystal latitude (at the content of nitrate of potassium to 20 %) and a second type based on the potassium nitrate rhombic syngony (at the content of nitrate of potassium more than 80 %). Crystal cells parameters of being formed phases submit to the Vegard rule. The ammonium nitrate sample (at the content of nitrate of potassium more than 12 %) keeps phase stability at the temperature range minus 50 to plus 100о С. Burst in components miscibility at the potassium nitrate concentration range 30 to 80 % is observed.

The new way of the organization of multistage time-frequency signal localization subsystems is considered. The investigations are constrained by finite impulse response class of digital circuits.
The example illustrated the principle of agreement between pyramidal structure, formed of multistage including of any simple analysis/synthesis subsystem, and channel characteristics. This principle makes possible more precise localization of the input signal in separate frequency bands. The adaptive structure formation of the time/frequency transformation allows increasing of parameters characterizing the effectiveness of the subband adaptive filters (SAF).
Application of the method of flexible time/frequency localization structure formation in the adaptive filtering problems allows significantly decreasing of processor loading by real-time realization of SAF.
The other important advantage of the flexible SAF formation based on the least-mean-square algorithm lies in reducing of the adaptation period for the adaptive system.

The passenger seat is a complex modern design, which is a combination of different structural elements (frame, headrest, armrest, etc.). In this design the passenger seats of buses is a complex of measures aimed at creating as an optimal combination of design elements and the development of these elements. The purpose of the study - to identify the features and limitations of choice of the design parameters required for the design of passenger seats of various types of buses. Based on the analysis of operating conditions and destination buses identified constraints that have influenced the formation of the structure sitting. Just are structural diagrams seats depending on the destination of the bus. The information presented in this article will be useful to specialists in the field of engineering and design of passenger seats, and understanding of the choice of design parameters will ensure the optimal complexity of the design which positively affect the cost and quality of the passenger seat in particular and the entire bus as a whole.

Specialized robots are occupying a vast share of researches worldwide. In terms of aerial specialized robots, autonomy is the one of the major subjects that are being studied. As known, flight autonomy is consisting of three parts: Mission planning, trajectory generation and path tracking. While it exists variety of local and global generation algorithm, UAV path planning is always associated with machine vision. This intellectual approach is solid because it can give a dual supervision link to the situation being surveyed. The operator has always the authority to step in and stop any unwanted action. The machine vision based algorithm has a huge disadvantage due to homogeneity and identity factors. This is because from distance object tend to look the same geometrically as well as color wise. In this paper we offer a solution to tackle the homogeneity problem between tracked agents which can cause local minimum problems. The UAV will forecast the next position of the tracked agent using Artificial Neural Networks. Position estimation is based on registered previous coefficient.

This article discusses the emergence Chaharbag in different places of the world and the role Chaharbag in development of landscape architecture and urban spaces of identity, as well as its influence on other arts including painting and carpet. Chahar Bagh is a special style layout, which is used in the Persian garden. Rectangular in plan shared garden paths or channels with flowing water into four smaller parts. In Persian, "Chahar" means "four" and "Bag" is translated as "garden".
