The issues of preserving existing green spaces and other elements of the natural landscape during new construction are considered. Methods for preserving perennial plantings throughout the entire course of construction are proposed. If it is impossible to save the tree at the construction site, a method of transplanting it to another place is proposed. It is proposed at the stage of design and survey work to identify healthy trees that do not grow on the site allocated for a building (structure) under construction. Then solve the problem of locating the object on the ground in such a way as to preserve healthy perennial trees as much as possible. To do this, it is necessary to carry out the removal of the object to the area, moving it as far as possible from healthy trees. The distance required to protect the tree from external influences during work is equal to the projection of the crown on the ground plus 1.5 m. At this distance, it is recommended to make stationary fences for each tree. A tree transplantation scheme and a method for calculating its weight for the selection of equipment for digging and transportation have been developed.

Educational institutions of Russia, including the universities, the task of improving the efficiency of educational work. In this regard, an interesting experience, Rostov state construction University (RSSU) as the University in General and the Department of construction management (OS), in particular. RSSU from 2014 introduced the obligation of all teachers to report specific educational work along with the statement of methodical and scientific works. Depending on the type of educational event is assigned a certain number of hours. The Department OS is a comprehensive educational work, which includes not only leisure activities, but also to involve students in scientific and methodical work. A systematic approach to the education of students involves performing teachers lectures on the history of the country in General, the history of construction and architecture; the participation of students in the preparation of guidelines, research, culminating in the writing of scientific articles and / or registration of a patent for an invention (utility model) or computer programs. Analysis of the annual experience of educational work under the new scheme, led to the conclusion that the best curators, as a rule, are teachers whose scope of training load significantly above average – 1,3-1,5 bets, or pensioners. The analysis of the educational work of the Department OS also launched another criterion for evaluating the work of the curator, if he works at the Department. This is the number of students who are registered to perform the final work to the Department, a representative of which is the curator. A systematic approach to educational work allows even at the beginning of training to select students wishing to do research, to identify young talents and to improve academic achievement in the educational process.

The profit after introduction of innovations grows quicker, than before their introduction since the point of profitability decreases after calculation of the organization for invested in innovations. On examples the criterion of expediency of merge of the construction organizations – the carried-out amount of works is shown. On the basis of this criterion it is possible to solve a problem of streamlining of operations in construction systems by integration of information space of organizational and technological, economic and other applied systems.

In our country creation of country housing real estate was slowed down due to the lack of necessary infrastructure, and also high level of cost at its creation. The main factor promoting development of mass low housing, existence of the corresponding infrastructure and necessary communications, and also in certain cases objects of social infrastructure is.
  It is impossible to forget and the problems arising by consideration of potential of development of low housing: infrastructure dilapidation; small number of free land fund; complexity of preparation of infrastructure of the territory; difficulties in search of financial resources; small susceptibility of branch to innovative processes.
  The scientific logistic model of the organization of the mass low housing construction, considering creation of necessary objects of infrastructure for building is offered.
