In the model aeration tank and pilot conditions, there are shown the effectiveness of ceramic aerators made of Artik tufa which is mined in the Republic of Armenia and determined technological parameters of biological and oxidative purification of waste water in the continuous and discontinuous mode of aeration.

This paper describes application of different criteria for estimating parameters of traffic simulation. For comparison following methods were used: statistical methods for comparison of a flow and speed in control points of a network - analysis of variance (ANOVA), Theil's U-statistics; relationships between flow, density and speed; relationships between trip time and stop time with using two-fluid models of traffic flow. For this aim we also used concept of meta-model. In order to implement this method we need on the first step to create separately relationship between traffic flow parameters for observation and simulation data and then to estimate combined model. The article is devoted to the formation of an evidence-based algorithm for strategic planning the urban city environment. The methodology of goal setting is the most important element in any science-based management, in the Russian strategic planning system of social and economic development the territories it is not fully used. The resolving equations for the calculation of the stability of polymer compressed rods with the creep using Galerkin method are obtained. The problem is solved in the case of a simply supported pivotally-rod having an initial bending in the plane of the lower stiffness, and in the case of off-center application of force. Galerkin method used in combination with the finite element method, that is the shape functions are taken as the basis functions . The solution is made numerically, using the software package Matlab. There are two variants considered: a variant of the rod with constant and variable in length stiffness. It is shown that for rods with variable cross-sections and the same mass, a critical time has increased by almost 4.5 times. The solution for the rods of constant cross section agrees well with the solutions obtained by the method of finite differences. This may indicate the reliability of the proposed method

Monitoring group's political attitudes among students RSUCE was conducted in November - December 2012, as a continuation of the long-term research. Primary data were collected by means of the questionnaire survey conducted by the method of semantic differential. Osgud's classical questions are put in a basis of the questionnaire. Students were offered to estimate the relation to four types of political orders. Two real, local and Central orders. And two ideal orders: the perfect positive political order that the Respondent satisfied in all respects, and the perfect negative, completely not arranging the respondent. According to the obtained data the average semantic portraits characterizing group perception of two real and two ideal political orders were constructed. Group emotional perception was estimated according to the degree of closeness images of real orders to the images of the corresponding ideal constructs in the space of the primary signs and in the space of the identified factors. Linear approximation according to which level of emotional perception is proportional to half-difference of relative distances from an image of a real order to images of negative and positive orders respectively was used. It is received that for the end of 2012 the students RSUCE perceived both local and central political orders negatively, with levels of emotional perception rloc=-0,26 and rCentr=-0,39. The estimation of the confidence of these results was carried out. It was equal 0,8.
