The model of reactive power compensation system calculation in industrial enterprises and power systems electric networks is developed. The authors take into account three main problems: multidimensionality, informational fragmentation and incompleteness of information. The quadratic model of reactive power compensation is examined. The calculation method main phases which uses all the advantages of quadratic model and methods of its improvement are given.

This article considered the structurally functional model of virtualization of the vital world constructed using the methodology of functional modeling. The aim of the work is to creature a model of the process of virtualization of the vital world of modern youth. The research is based on theoretical data and empirical indicators of the sociological research of graduate students of the Southern Federal University. "n this article, the influence of the physical state of chemical additives at the moment of their introduction into a gas-concrete mixture on the kinetics of gas evolution and the gas diffusion coefficient is considered. To test the working hypothesis, two compounds were designed and manufactured. As a part of С№1 chemical additives were entered in the form of a colloidal solution. A comparative analysis of the results of physical and mechanical tests of the aerated concrete samples of the tested compositions showed that the introduction of chemical additives in the form of a colloidal solution lowers the average density in the dry state due to a more intensive course of the gas evolution reaction without significantly reducing the compressive strength. At the same time, the average density increases in the composition of CN2.

This article considers the effect of the introduction of a partially hydrated aerated concrete mixture on the intensity of gas evolution, the reactivity of a disperse gas generator, and the physical and mechanical properties of aerated concrete. To test the working hypothesis, two compounds were designed and manufactured. The pure dispersed gas generator was introduced into composition C№1, and a mixture of a gas generator with a partially hydrated gas-concrete mixture was introduced into the composition C№2. A comparative analysis of the results of physical and mechanical tests of the aerated concrete samples of the tested compositions showed that its introduction increases the compressive strength, while reducing the density of aerated concrete. At the same time in the composition of С№1 there is a higher density and a drop in strength

The article proposes some innovative technical solutions to build a multistory substructure for residential and public buildings. To erect a building, it is proposed to construct a system of interconnected rail runways at a first storey level along which travelling gantry cranes and special platforms will move. To descend the machines, building materials, instruments to the design level, during the underground space development, it is proposed to employ travelling gantry cranes. In order to quickly relocate loads and machines from one work zone to another, an additional system of rails is mounted along which special platforms are moving. The management of the gantry cranes and special platforms movement is done by the remote operating panels. The superstructure is built in the traditional way using a tower crane, track mounted, for example. The application of the proposed designs when building multistory substructures will enable to improve the technological processes of building the substructures. The proposed technology will help to use it in all the climatic areas of our country.

The implementation proposed by the authors of the stages of the assessment of acoustic impact will allow to identify the zones of acoustic discomfort and plan a set of measures aimed at reducing noise in those areas and thus enhance environmental validity under construction or reconstruction of airport complexes.

The aim of this work is determination of regularities that determine the operation parameters of the fan in a thermally non-stationary ventilation system contains a heater located along the air flow after the fan. It is established that the ventilation system, containing the heater, has two characteristics aerodynamic resistance related to the volumetric air flow at the sections of the network before and after the heater. It is proved that when using the superposition method, P-L characteristics to determine the parameters of the fan in the system, you must apply the P-L characteristic of the network is related to the volumetric air flow to the heater. The obtained dependences determine the parameters of the fan depending on its aerodynamic characteristics and the location of the heater in the system.

The article describes the main provisions of methodology developed by the authors for evaluation the effectiveness of resource-saving solutions in the housing construction. This methodology is based on the assessment of sustainability, which is obtained by residential buildings through the implementation in practice the resource-saving technologies. In its framework, the authors propose a system of indicators characterizing the social, economic and environmental aspects of building’s sustainability and the corresponding scale ranges for their scoring. Taking into account the theory of pair comparison, the authors developed an algorithm for determining the contribution of each indicator in the overall integral sustainability of the building.

The paper underlines the need for use of composite and nano-materials in place of natural materials, which is explained by depletion of global resources and increasing environmental pollution. This is why the focus is currently shifting toward the use of a composite material – porous artificial wood (PID-IV) – developed by the Irkutsk State University for making framework systems required to strengthen rectangular structural elements of buildings and structures. The framework system in question has a deck made of PID-IV. Further, the structural test was carried out in line with the effective regulatory documents, and the use of the suggested framework system was substantiated.

The article considers the topicality of the development of cement foam concrete meeting modern requirements for energy saving and energy efficiency. The interrelation of physical and mechanical properties of cement foam concrete with the features of its structure formation at macro- and microlevel is considered. The main components for the manufacture of structural and heat-insulating cement foam concrete are described. The results of experiments on the determination of the dependence of the parameters of the structure of a foam concrete mixture, which form the physical and mechanical properties of finished products, are presented. A mechanism has been established for the active participation of particles of fibrous cellulose filler in the organization of the structure of a foam concrete mix and samples based on it. The optimal concentration of fibrous cellulose filler in the raw meal mix was confirmed.

Information was collected on the multi-apartment housing stock of six mining towns in the Rostov region: Gukovo, Donetsk, Zverevo, Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Novoshakhtinsk and Shakhty. A general analysis of emergency residential buildings was carried out in accordance with the year of construction and the number of buildings commissioned and square meters of living space. In the example of the city of Shakhty, the location of the emergency houses relative to the mining zones at shallow depths, the spread of loess subsidence soils, and possible flooding is discussed in detail. Thanks to the map created with the help of the GIS program SAS.Planet, conclusions are drawn about the location of the emergency structures. It is determined that the largest number of houses that are recognized as unfit for further exploitation are located within the distribution zones of the three negative factors listed above or in the immediate vicinity of them.

The results of a computational experiment performed in the Lira-SAPR environment are considered in the article. The purpose of the experiment is modal analysis of various structural schemes of multi-storey reinforced concrete frame under pulsating and seismic influences. The considered design schemes differ in the ratio of the frame and diaphragm components of the frame. It was calculated three series of samples, differing by the ratio of rigidity. The stiffness ratio varied from 20% to 65.9%. Within each series calculations were performed for seismicity of 7, 8 and 9 points. For each variant of seismicity, the soils of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd seismicity categories were considered. It is established that when the role of the frame part increases, the distribution of the modal masses shifts towards the lower forms of oscillations, and the numerical values of their frequencies decrease. Accelerations of the nodes of the coating from the ratio of rigidity do not depend. They increase with increasing seismicity of the site. The ratio of stiffness affects the total consumption of the reinforcement of slabs. This influence is significant in the range of values of the ratio from 20.5% to 42.5%. Further increase in the ratio of stiffness to the consumption of reinforcement influences slightly.

Currently, the software market offers a multitude of diverse DLP-systems designed to protect confidential information from leaks. Since such systems have a relatively high cost, it is advisable to select the optimal option before acquisition and implementation, as incorrect selection will lead to unnecessary costs and ineffective control of information. The paper describes the base of the rules of the fuzzy inference system, designed to evaluate the DLP-system. Practical use of the proposed fuzzy system allows to perform a reasoned choice of such a DLP-system that most fully meets the requirements of a particular organization and provides the required level of protection of information from leaks. At the same time, the evaluation is performed according to several criteria, the values of which, based on expert estimates, are input variables of the fuzzy inference system. At the output of the system of fuzzy inference, a comprehensive evaluation of the DLP-system is formed, which reflects the degree of its suitability for implementation at a particular enterprise.
