The effect of auto-displacement in a resonant-tunnel diode (RTD) on the dynamic range of amplifiers on these diodes is considered. Taking into account autosplacement, two possible types of amplitude characteristics and boundaries of their existence were revealed. For these two types of amplitude characteristics, expressions were obtained that determine the dynamic range of the amplifier. When using the amplitude characteristic of the first type, the auto-shift expands the region of existence of this amplitude characteristic and leads to a decrease in the dynamic range. For amplitude characteristics of the second type, a certain expansion of the dynamic range can be achieved.

To ensure sufficient strength, stability of buildings and structures, the possibility of their further normal operation, as well as during reconstruction, when it is necessary to increase the loads on existing structures, it is necessary to strengthen the damaged structures. Ways of strengthening and repairing damaged structures of buildings and structures can to a great extent differ both in technical and economic indicators and in the convenience of implementation, so that their proper choice in each particular case is extremely important. The article considers options for strengthening load-bearing building structures and verified computations for load-carrying capacity taking into account additional loads. The technical and economic comparison of the amplification variants in terms of the following parameters is made: the mass of the amplification elements; the cost of the basic materials needed to strengthen; labor intensity and cost of production; labor intensity and cost of performance of works on strengthening. Analysis of options for strengthening load-bearing building structures can help in choosing the method of reinforcing the load-bearing capacity of reinforced concrete bending elements.

In this paper we consider the bending of a plate on an elastic base. Plate in plan has a rectangular outline. The plate material is isotropic. The plate is supported by ribs of rigidity directed parallel to the sides of the plate. It is taken into account that ry-bra, rigidities parallel to different sides, have different rigidity for bending and torsion. The calculation scheme assumes an orthotropic plate having various cylindrical stiffnesses in two mutually perpendicular directions parallel to the reinforcing ribs. The elastic foundation is adopted by Winkler, ie. it is believed that the reaction of the base is directly proportional to the deflection of the plate at each point. The plate rests on an elastic base and is loaded with a distributed load according to the following law q=q_0*sin〖2πx/a*cos〖πy/2b〗 〗. The problem is solved by the inverse method. Function of deflections of the plate are: w=C*sin〖2πx/a*cos〖πy/2b〗 〗.The stress state is studied and the load-carrying capacity is calculated for various parameters of the plate and the base.

The imbalance in the development of the forestry, with respect to the valuable and non-standard woods used by the construction enterprises, entails an ecological catastrophe in the regions. For the wide use of hardwood in the production of building materials and products, a technology has been developed to direct the development of operational properties. Modification of the structure of the wood due to volumetric impregnation of capillaries helps to reduce water absorption, increase fire resistance and biostability of wood, and also contributes to meeting the growing needs of producers of wood-based building materials in a cheap local raw material quickly renewable resource base

This paper discusses features of development of design documents for new construction of motor roads. Lists the main stages of project development from inception of technical specifications for design work to delivery of documentation to the customer. The contents of the project documentation for car winter roads are indicated, with a description of each section. It is important to approach the development of project documentation with special care and responsibility, since sometimes even the slightest mistake can lead to serious consequences during the construction and operation of the facility. At each stage of documentation development, much time and effort is expended, current errors are identified, sections are rechecked, therefore, from preparation an technical design assignment to obtaining a positive expert opinion, it takes an average of 1.5-2 years. Correctly designed project guarantees the safety of people, when they are on the winter road.

Increasingly the non-autoclaved aerated concrete quality is created at of mortar mix expansion and the stage of plastic strength set. Consequently, the structure formation process can be deliberately controlled. The control actions choice is a complex scientific and technical challenge. It is solved in different ways in modern practice. The authors propose an integrated approach for selection of control actions in this article. In the first stage it is proposed to use expert methods, for example, the method of a priori ranking factors. It is rational to apply experimental study in the second stage.
