A hybrid reverberation algorithm is offered in this article. This algorithm is using both a convolution section in which a convolution with an inmpulse response of a real acoustic room is being implied and a mathematical reverb model. Also an algorithm for generating impulse responses of optional rooms is also offered in the following article. The algorithm efficiency calculation is specified in the article. Thia reverberation algorithm is a part of a bigger complez auralization algorithm where it is being used coherently with an HRTF-based algorithm in order to simulate a real acoustic environment

In article the key parameters necessary for an assessment of a residual resource are considered and the conclusion, about lack of an effective method of an assessment of a residual resource for hydraulic engineering constructions is drawn. An overall objective of carrying out operational monitoring of a technical condition of water carrying out constructions are identification of deterioration of degree of physical wear, the reasons causing their condition, the actual operability of elements and development of actions for providing their various operational parameters, and also the description of a technical condition. The risk of failures and defects on vulnerable objects which many water carrying out constructions - tunnels, channels concern, dyuker, lotkovy channels and pipelines is most dangerous.
Keywords: the hydraulic engineering constructions which are water carrying out channels, nondestructive control methods, a residual resource, modeling, a technical condition.
Is devoted to the actual problem of constructing classifiers objects given by a point in a multidimensional space of feature values. A version of the geometric separation of sets by hyperplanes normal to the center-distance data sets. This approach to separating planes reduces the computational operations performed. This author separability criterion allows a normal quite effective in terms of computational complexity the exact solution of the normal separation, which requires only a linear search of points separated sets. Proposed in the article the approach to classification of sets in the multidimensional space of values of their attributes can be used as a starting point for building effective in terms of computational complexity classification not only for normally separable sets, but also for more complex variations thereof. This is the most significant practical importance of materials submitted by the authors.

This article is dedicated to theoretical issues of development of the production quality improvement system in the small- and middle-sized enterprises. This system is based on the process-based approach. Briefly the theoretical issues of process-based approach and the main concepts are given. The concept of production quality improvement system and the distinctions from well-known process-based quality management are also given. Objectives and principles of this system are defined by the authors. Also the recommendations by selection of method of assessing the effectiveness of the system.

Many logistics companies prefer to entrust performance of some non-core functions to external specialized organizations known in the service market thus redistributing and decreasing various risks. This is essential in supply chains of considerable length involving water transport and multiple contractors in many countries.

The article offers a general gradient methods for all-adaptive method. With the help of an experimental environment was developed by a comparative analysis of gradient methods of finding the minimum. As a result of experiments, it was found that the adaptive method for approaching to a minimum minimal number of iterations. Thus encouraged to use this method in the optimization of the error function, artificial neural network training.
